An issue arose with my reservation; although the staff could not locate it despite the confirmation number, they resolved the matter. The rooms could use more soundproofing. Guests near the elevator hear beeping and doors opening and closing all day, while those on the far left hear nightclub music throughout the night.

The front desk lady ordered a scale for our luggage from Amazon so we could weigh our luggage. It was so so so helpful and friendly. I would give that woman a raise.

The breakfast was top notch. And the sweet little girl who was serving everything was on point. Please find on her name and tell her that she is awesome! The hotel is close to everything, which is wonderful. Our only complaint was that the air conditioner was a little bit loud.

Dominic was awesome, only complaint was 1 elevator was down so it took forever to get a elevator. Had to take the stairs to the 4th floor
