Overall it’s a beautiful hotel, the rooftop pool is cool spot and the restaurants on site all look good.

Best hotel in Scottsdale!! The staff is very nice & helpful. The rooms are nice, especially the suites with the balcony overlooking all the clubs. The diner has great food & yeah.. 5 Star!

The property was nice. When you arrive, you are allowed to have a choice of your drink. We went to the rooftop pool and try to redeem our drink and they would not give us one. Apparently you have to go to a different bar. We saved our drink for the previous day and they would not give us a cup of coffee. The girl at the front desk said it had to be used the night before. The bathroom does not have many toiletries. The staff was OK. They weren’t very accommodating. We were looking for some water seeing that we live in Arizona and there was no water containers anywhere in the building. property was nice, but I would probably not come back to this location.

The hotel is in the middle of 4 night clubs . At 1am they are hammered blowing their car horns , didn't get any sleep at all .

Valet attendants super accommodating. Staff was friendly all around. Room was fantastic with lots of accent lighting. On the weekend, front door attendants are there to keep out undesirables. Pool was clean, servers are hot and food is freshly grilled on the spot.
