I had an amazing experience at the W Scottsdale! From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, and the level of customer service truly stood out. Shaun, Alyssa, and the entire staff including the security team was very attentive, helpful, and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. The hotel has an incredible atmosphere, great energy, and beautiful surroundings. The staff really made the experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate everyone who helped make our stay memorable. The room was beautiful and very clean, the views of the mountains were breath taking, and the pool was nice and so much fun!!!! I would absolutely recommend W Scottsdale and will definitely be returning asap! ⭐️❤️
