Loved my stay. Very beautiful hotel. Suite is pretty basic. Amenities were great. Many pools, all nice and clean.

Great sized room and very warm welcome on reception. Good breakfast selection - especially the buffet. Dogs were allowed in the pool area and all over the sunbeds - I'm highly allergic! For me the resort was a little over-whelming - just too big!

It was nice

From the moment we arrived, Derrick treated us like family. He was great about sharing his knowledge of AZ in every pleasurable way. From introducing us to all the happening spots to eat, relax and get the most out of Scottsdale and boy did we! Thanks Derrick! The room was great! The pool and lobby area was spectacular! We will be back!!

We were hoping to stay at one of their new and updated suites but unfortunately we were told they did not have any available. The resort seemed at about 25% capacity so that was a bummer bit we overall like the stay. Kids had fun at the new pool.

Nice resort overall

We need rest and recuperation. The casita was perfect for that. The bed was amazing and the air conditioning was cold.

We love the pools! This is one of the main reasons i stay here with my family. We loves the pools and the huge walking grounds, the different areas to sit. The rooms are nice and big, I love that it's open to the outside and our cars always have room to park. I just really love this place and the remodel is amazing. I need to try the blue corn pancakes next time :) I wish the rooms had a microwave, a more solid kitchen area. The place is meant to be a chill at the resort type place, people like to have a good kitchen area.

Great property and the new renovations are lovely

The property is enormous. As I said we were there for Miss Arizona USA, there were not enough golf carts for the families or contestants to get them to the ballroom for the event. We all had to drive, Park, and still walk quite a distance. In semi formal attire... I might add in 109° weather Some casitas were larger than others, no microwaves, and to get housekeeping to come took hours. We were there with some friends who were staying with the queen, they booked the two story Villa, when they checked in they were told they were out of order? What does that even mean... To compensate for that they were given another room on the other side of the resort, I requested our daughter a contestant to be as close to me as possible so we could help her and they put her on the other side of the resort as well. If you are going to host a pageant of that caliber you need to be prepared. They were not. Communication was poor, food and room were mediocre. We will definitely not stay at this Resort on our own choice. The only things that were nice were the pools :-)

I went here on a solo trip. It was beautiful. The food is great and if you have a car everything is accessible. Lovely resort and the staff was extremely helpful. I will be back!!

Cleaners were subpar but everything else was perfect
