William was wonderful! He has incredible customer service and made us feel welcome from the beginning. The rooms are clean and spacious, the pool was nice and relaxing. We were able to eat breakfast and it was very good, we definitely recommend it here.

Incredible experience, the room was very clean, plenty of wonderful amenities. The staff were super friendly, and I’d like to shoutout Mike; he helped me arrange a surprise for my significant other’s birthday! Free breakfast is always a plus, 10/10 will be back in the future

When checked in to the room we turned the ac on to cool the room but was not working we waited at least 20-30 minutes to see if it would work properly but no cool air was coming out and the room temp was getting higher we called the front office and they assisted with changing our room to a working ac before we started to unpack everything. Friendly staff. Good breakfast had a good stay.

Day 1, we were told at check in breakfast ended at 930. Since it was a Friday it actually ended at 9. We got there 910. Luckily there were some bits the kids were able to get something. Day 2 was weird. We got there early but right after someone took a tray LOADED with food. I asked about more eggs, she said "well, we do finish in 30 mins, but I'll make some more." Pancake machine is out. Low on milk. 1 slice of bread left. The attendant was alone, but acting like the place closed at 9am. She eventually got help for an issue with the pancake machine when she refilled it. The added help is refilling everything. She was never rude but no real motive to make sure the food was out.

We loved the facility .. it was very clean and convenient to everything we needed to do.. We will definitely be staying again... thank you...
