My car was broken into and robbed after i pleaded to be moved to bottom floor so my assisted mobility scooter would not be robbed as i sm disabled and unable to carry upstairs. They denied me reasonable accommodations and then my scooter sc other itens were robbed from my car

So much smaller than expected. Everytime you walked into the room there’s a smell that is not pleasant. Not much of privacy when it came to the room. Pool was okay and staff were nice and helpful.

The breakfast was good, staff was great at the breakfast. The staff was pleasant and helpful at the desk. The room I had there was no hot water and little pressure. The fixtures showed some wear. The room was cleaned every three days, cleaning staff was helpful.

Great place. I have stayed there before, and it appears to be a former apartment complex that they turned into a hotel. Staff is excellent, the rooms are great and the breakfast is something to look forward to.

Great price! Rooms are clean and up to date. Staff is friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast every day. Pool is clean with towels, chairs and umbrellas. This was our third stay here in Paradise Valley and will pick them again.

My kids and I enjoyed our stay, it was peaceful, very helpful staff. Very clean, just the washer and dryer prices were a bit much.

Staff was AMAZING! Property was very well maintained and staff was right on any requests! In my personal opinion the beds need to be upgraded. They are very firm and hard with no cushion or pillow top. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Staff was friendly, pool was wonderful, loved the basketball court. Full kitchen was a bonus! Will definitely stay here again if in the area. Only downfall was there was very little shower pressure.
