DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Paradise Valley - Scottsdale

It was convenient. Close to everything I did during my stay. The construction on site overall was a nice property.

Nothing grim and depressing and is in the middle of building work creating noise and dusk and effecting facilities. Not advised before booking it’s a building site

From the moment you step on the property, you are treat it son nice. everting excised all expectations

Parts of the resort/hotel are under renovation. Love the place and nice and relaxing for my purpose. They need to offer more to the customers as far as Restaurant/Coffee/Etc. some of us, not all, are there for only a day or two for relaxing and not going out. We were on a road trip and it was a two night stay before leaving for our next destination.

The pictures unfortunately make the property look far better than it is. Our first room was infested with mosquitos. The staff offered a new room, but then gave us the incorrect room. We finally arrived at our third spot and it was acceptable. The property was under construction and far less maintained than anticipated. The rooms seemed to be updated just enough to give them a minor facelift, but still showing its age. The pool floor had lots of visible debris as well. We were quite disappointed in our visit and unfortunately will be finding another property the next time we visit.

The hotel was under construction while we were there, but all the staff were very helpful. That the hotel was under construction while we were there.

The hotel was great, I loved the hospitality. Great service, me and my friends had a great time. I highly recommend!

Staff were helpful and nice! Property was under construction and we were not made aware of it. My opinion is that it wasn't worth the price we paid.

The room was clean. The pool was fine. The restaurant was good (breakfast) staff was helpful. Just disappointed of the age of the property and the disrepair. It wasn’t as nice as we thought it would be. But nothing major was wrong it’s just old and under construction.

The place is beautiful but getting to and from rooms can be tricky due to layout of the resort other than that the place is enjoyable with good food and drinks

Even with all the construction going on we had an amazing stay and the staff was so helpful and kind.

The pool bartender Vaughn was simply amazing. His drinks were on point, our conversation was refreshing and he made my time on the property very eventful The construction was a lot much but was able to deal
