Great spot!!! Highly recommend it. Pools, restaurants, bars, rooms, etc. were all fantastic!!! So glad we came here.

Such an amazing stay! The staff were extremely helpful on arrival and through the texting communication given. The spa was absolutely amazing as well! The room was very clean and the staff were so attentive. It was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life!

Beautiful resort but not enough shade and pool lounge chairs, it’s extremely hot in the Arizona sun.

I love this place! Delicious food, great service and nice relaxed vibe. My son is Celiac and staff were exceptionally careful and accommodating. The spa is wonderful, massages and facials are great. Love the beach pool, a perfect mix of families, friends and couples.

The property was beautiful and there were alot of places to sit/relax and take in the Mountain views. N/A

The facility is very nice, comfy room. No outdoor shower or toilets near the pool for swimmers. There is enough space around the pool to build both toilets and an outdoor shower instead of having to go back to the room or go through the hotel lobby to use the toilets. Very inconvenient

Hotel was 'okay', but under scrutiny, it appears nicer than it looks. Out bathroom was a bit dirty and the shower seal was broken/coming off. There was opened food in the minibar and the minibar fridge didn't even really work. The pool area was nice enough (my 10 yo liked it), but there was trash from the bar all around and throughout the stay there were several drink garnishes (lemons/limes) and empty cups in the pool. Staff were not super helpful with inquiries and when departing in the late in the evening for a redeye flight, we were charged an 'early checkout penalty fee' of >$100 despite having prepaid for the room for the night. Overall a relatively unpleasant experience and the shock charge on the way to the airport was an unfortunate end to it.

Love the overall vibe of the property. I’m a fan of older vintage looking hotels so this worked out great. Both pools were wonderful. Food was pretty good. Staff was attentive and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Disappointed. Probably the poorest run resort hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Front desk personnel clueless. The restaurant had plenty of employees but very distracted and unorganized. Waited and waited in the restaurant despite being almost empty. The prices for food and drink were ridiculously high. Off season I may add! More expensive than the Sanctuary and other top drawer resorts.

This was our 2nd time staying here. We love the place. Would definitely come back again close to everything and a great pool and bar.

This hotel is a great find - it has a Beverly Hills vibe.

Spacious clean rooms, I think it would be nice to provide couple of water bottles in the room. Enjoyed the pool area, overall great service and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.
