The room had a funny smell but other than that it was great.

Great, would definitely book again. Would like extra attention to the cleanliness of the showers. Other that that enjoyed the stay.

FIRST THING I want a cup of coffee and DO NOT WANT TO GET DRESSED TO GO GET IT! So I di and went down and USED 6 cups to bring coffee to my room to avoid going up and down -- seems they missed the point, besides irritating a guest who has over 20 room nights in THAT property -- NO MORE! To make matters worse as I checked out and complained the Desk Clerk 'graciously informed me that I could have requested a KURIEG at check in -- HOW WOULD I KNOW as it would have been more helpfu to have been told then! Besides I had been at meetings all day and then drove 3 hours checking in at 7P with luggage etc -- yeah I want to then carry a KURIEG (which is terrible coffe anyway). I had a 7:30 dinner meeting so really just dropped my stuff in the room and left -- NO TIME TO HAVE SET UP MY OWN COFFEE MAKER. Came back at 9:30 exhausted and went to bed -- never thought to check on the pot that has been there at every other visit. As the Desk clerk pointed out if I had read the card I could have had it brought up! YOU CANNOT FIX STUPID! I will EXPRESS(ly) NEVER stay in a HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS AGAIN. Maybe managment should listen to their own commercials and stay there to GET SMART!! I do not write reviews!

When I got there I wanted a tub so I could soak in epson salt. She said you pre paid your room you have to take the room you got. I didn’t want to like it there but it was a 5star experience.

Good

Easy parking. Near the boardwalk, Space Center Houston and Baybrook mall. Lots to do.

Breakfast really exceeded our expectations! A majority of hotels of similar ratings serve only a token breakfast; which is usually ciffee/tea with donuts and cereal, that's it. At this hotel, there was by far, a wider range of choices. Tyler, at the customer service desk, greeted, was very professional, erudite (knowledgeable) and booked us in real fast. As soon as we walked in, the waft of fresh scent drifted all over us. The parking lot was well lit and very clean; so was the inside.I will definitely STAY HERE AGAIN whenever the chance arose. It's hard to make a score of 100 per cent, right? The only drawback was some people talking along the hallway at about six in the morning. This was intermittent and didn't last ten minutes. It never bothered me though as I was up already.

The pool was not clean

Room was clean, staff was helpful and wonderful

Everything was good from start to finish from the staff until we got to the room we went to the pool. We did the fitness room like and the breakfast. Everything was good. We are definitely coming back.

The room was clean and it smelled nice in the lobby and hallways. The only downside was the pool was very dirty.

Room was clean they’re staff were very attentive of our needs what can I say about the breakfast it was super delicious and had a huge variety of food would really recommend for your stay
