Clean room nice staff quiet and safe area

Otherwise, staff was friendly at both check-in and check-out.

The breakfast could be better, like small water bottles , boiled eggs, not already made omelets and potato’s, etc. the butter wasn’t by the toast or breads, but way on the other side of the room. Hard to find things.

Hotel was clean and smelled good when you walked through the doors. Our room was great, clean, had a microwave, fridge and even a heater in the bathroom for the cooler days! Breakfast was GREAT. Had yogurt, cereal, waffles, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, eggs, sausage and more! We travelled with 2 littles and it was wonderful. Staff were super nice in the evening when we checked in and when we left. I would 100% stay here again with my family.

Room was clean. Upon Check in the lady at the front desk was great! We ran out of body wash on the second day. Our room had been cleaned and still no replacement. When we told the front desk they gave us a refill and told us how to replace it ourselves. I guess you get what you pay for. Breakfast was mediocre. Eggs and sausage. Yogurt machine didn't work well and the yogurt seemed stale. Not much selection.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had a small selection of snacks and drinks in the lobby area, as well as a few drugstore items available for purchase. The room was very clean and well appointed. A small closet made it possible to hang up your clothes, and a full length mirror and ironing board and iron were available as well. Parking was more than adequate, and they even had pull through parking spots so you didn’t have to worry about backing out. The location of the property is very near shopping, fuel, restaurants and coffee shops and Harding University. The ONLY reason I gave this hotel less than five stars was because I could not review the amenities I did not use. The amenities I did use were five star quality.

This property was very clean and the staff was friendly. They also have a very nice breakfast. I will stay here in the future when in the area.

Location and staff Many of the outlets in the room didn’t work so we were unable to charge our devices. We were on a long roadtrip so the ability to charge our phones was important. The room was VERY humid even when the AC was set low. The carpet was damp and the outside temperature was cool and dry.

Nice staff and clean rooms. Jordan was great at check-in and very helpful. Breakfast on Saturday was okay but Sunday it was much better. The lady attended the area was so sweet Sunday and helped an elderly couple get everything they needed. I didn't catch her name but she was busy cooking some good food, keeping everything filled, and making sure everyone had what they were looking for. Property was clean and nicely updated it seemed. Shower pressure was great and very hot water! Enjoyed our stay and will definitely use again.

Electric outlets on lamps need repair. Need face soap at the sink. Would be helpful to have a grab bar in the shower. Lounge chair is uncomfortable. Prefer bed not to be so high.

Such a nice stay and even nicer workers. I left my IPAD in our room and the fact I received a phone call letting me know I left it is so rare now a days- they were so honest. Very grateful!

It is close to Harding Bed bugs. I got eaten alive. It took weeks for all of the bites to heal - they were all over my body.
