Best Western Plus Searcy Inn

Was hoping for a ground floor room since I was traveling with my dog and I’m on oxygen. Instead I was on the third floor. I was close to the elevator so that was helpful. However I noticed I was the only person parked in the handicapped parking spaces. Not that means anything. How ever I also know many hotels reserve ground floor rooms for corporate accounts

The hotel lied to me about late check out. I was counting on late checkout being new because that’s what the hotel told me weak prior to my stay however, once I got there, the hotel informed me that late checkout would be 11 o’clock and not 12 I counted on late checkout would be 12 o’clock so that I could go to a funeral. I had to leave a funeral early because the hotel behind me.

Comfortable beds, free breakfast was ok.

Breakfast was very good, well prepared and good variety. We greatly enjoyed Ms. Sandra as very helpful, very friendly and created the breakfast area. She greeted us on the way out from the stay. excellent service

The breakfast could be better, like small water bottles , boiled eggs, not already made omelets and potato’s, etc. the butter wasn’t by the toast or breads, but way on the other side of the room. Hard to find things.

Hotel was clean and smelled good when you walked through the doors. Our room was great, clean, had a microwave, fridge and even a heater in the bathroom for the cooler days! Breakfast was GREAT. Had yogurt, cereal, waffles, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, eggs, sausage and more! We travelled with 2 littles and it was wonderful. Staff were super nice in the evening when we checked in and when we left. I would 100% stay here again with my family.

Room was clean. Upon Check in the lady at the front desk was great! We ran out of body wash on the second day. Our room had been cleaned and still no replacement. When we told the front desk they gave us a refill and told us how to replace it ourselves. I guess you get what you pay for. Breakfast was mediocre. Eggs and sausage. Yogurt machine didn't work well and the yogurt seemed stale. Not much selection.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had a small selection of snacks and drinks in the lobby area, as well as a few drugstore items available for purchase. The room was very clean and well appointed. A small closet made it possible to hang up your clothes, and a full length mirror and ironing board and iron were available as well. Parking was more than adequate, and they even had pull through parking spots so you didn’t have to worry about backing out. The location of the property is very near shopping, fuel, restaurants and coffee shops and Harding University. The ONLY reason I gave this hotel less than five stars was because I could not review the amenities I did not use. The amenities I did use were five star quality.

This property was very clean and the staff was friendly. They also have a very nice breakfast. I will stay here in the future when in the area.

Location and staff Many of the outlets in the room didn’t work so we were unable to charge our devices. We were on a long roadtrip so the ability to charge our phones was important. The room was VERY humid even when the AC was set low. The carpet was damp and the outside temperature was cool and dry.

Staff was very nice and the breakfast was good.

Room was clean, staff was great & super helpful. Loved the breakfast. Would definitely love to come back again.
