The room was full of roaches that really came out at night & was on the bed & everything

Staff was phenomenal, process was good. Not a fan of the deposit, but I understand the need for one. Parking was ample, room was comfortable. Only complaint was the television - as long as you don't watch television, the property was lovely.

The breakfast was exceptional TV not working

Stayed here because this was a last minute booking for a trip to help our daughter move out of her dorm. Everything else was pretty much taken in this small college town. The door key credit card thing was EXTREMELY sensitive. The staff had to work with me to teach me how to slip it in and out just right. But I eventually got the hang of it. (this is not normal but indicative of older locks in need of replacing). I was a little nervous as the rooms open to the outside. It is well lit except back by the dumpsters but not going over there anyway. The shower had water coming oddly out of the wall too into the tub but it worked. The rooms were quiet for the most part and I never once felt unsafe. I wouldn’t hope or plan to ever stay there again but in a pinch it is well worth the price paid. As a last minute option I would pick it again.

We checked in, then we went to an event and we came back to the hotel to sleep and rest up for the next day, however the room had multiple cockroaches and we could not sleep with them. We asked for refund, however they said that we had to work it out with the booking company and the manager on Monday. the cockroaches.

Location was great, plenty of restaurants close by. Some items in the room are very dated, could use an upgrade.

They never came to clean the room.we asked when we where checking out if we needed to take our pizza box to throw it away and the lady at the desk said we would get our deposit back as long there was no holes in the wall or blood stains on the sheets.

Parking was easy. The place was older and a bit rundown but sufficient for what I needed, which was just a place to sleep without bugs or dirt. Mattress was relatively comfortable and air-conditioning worked well.

The room was clean, it was quiet. the microwave did not work, the remote worked sometimes, the coffee maker blew a fuse.

Parking was good. Staff friendly. And easy to find rooms.

Room was very clean and was close enough to the movie theater for me to walk Bed was hard as hard can be. Almost like a spring board. Is a lil outdated and could use with some revamps in certain aspects. The TV was stuck on one channel until I figured out you have to stand at an angle to get it to do anything. I.e. pull up guide, select different show. There were a couple roaches that came out when I put my pizza box on the table beside the microwave and tv.

Nice location We were only in the room for a short time and had to kill 3 cockroaches. Got the runaround on a refund when trying to leave.
