La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Searcy

Very nice and clean for the most part . The breakfast was average. One of our bedside lights didn’t work. And the tissue box cover was really sticky, felt gross.

CLEAN,AND STAFF EXCEPTIONAL..SECOND TIME STAYING AND WILL IN FUTURE.FREE BREAKFAST WAS FRESH AND GOOD.

Extra rack, maybe from freezer, on the 2nd shelf of the refrigerator. Items we placed in there froze over night. Breakfast food, biscuits, potatoes, sausage link, were not warm. Potatoes not fully cooked. Part of biscuit was hard. Gravy also not really warm. Serving containers had cracks in lids and one lid was taped up. Germ incubator. Some staff pleasant and helpful. Overall impression was that there is not managerial supervision nor high expectations

I had a great overall experience

Been coming here a long time. This year the place stinks of animals. Carpets are dirty. White socks turn black. AC units vibrated all night. No good for sleeping. Toilet flushed slow and seat was loose. Plunged it and found a coffee packet in ell. Door card had to be reset. I’m afraid I will go to a better hotel now. Sorry but this is the way the chips fall.

The staff was friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast and coffee was good. No complaints.

Our TV didn’t work. The AC was very loud in our room.

Property was totally fine. Clean, comfortable but, rather noisy in the hallways at night.

We stayed at the comfort suites for the World Cup at Houston Stadium. We were a 10 minute walk from the stadium, which was incredibly convenient! The staff at comfort suites was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and helpful! Our room was very clean and we had the best water pressure of any hotel I've ever stayed in! A huge bonus that Houston Stadium was right outside of our window! Breakfast was very good and the hotel even brought in a soccer ball waffle maker for all of the World Cup fans! We swam in the pool every day and my son loved it! We were in very close proximity to tons of restaurants and any other amenity you might need, including a grocery store and Target! I would visit again!

Laser people will leave you alone for the most part very quiet One made was there trying to say that she had tried to combine my room to clean when they didn’t clean that room at all so I went by cleaning supplies to clean that room and when I did that and I actually clean the room by the day that I checked out, she was down by the front desk and tried to flip the stripped on me and I told her no ma’am that was her that knocked on the door at 8 o’clock in the morning mind you I work night and I’m asleep at that time and I told the lady that upfront before this lady was all over me when I checked out about not cleaning the room and how she tried two or three different times now that was not correct and that was really wild there’s something to me

I must say....it was my first ever stay at a LaQuinta and I simply loved it! From the apartment like setting and atmosphere of the sweet to all staff, amenities et al one just could not ask for better. Had I known what I do now about LaQuinta, I would have stayed with them when available rather than anywhere else! I will certainly be staying with LaQuinta again, many many more times! Thank you LaQuinta so much!

Bathroom sink did not drain. Telephone did not work. When we asked for a late checkout, staff was extremely rude. We will not be back to this hotel.

Convenient, clean and comfortable bed & pillows

Check in staff was excellent. Amenities were spot on. Pool was clean and enjoyed by the kids. Plenty of nice big fluffy towels in restroom. Bed sheets in room for fold out bed. Loved not having to ask for them. Nice breakfast.
