This hotel has the potential to be great if they had more staff. The front desk staff were excellent and they worked very hard to meet their customers' needs. The breakfast was not good because their was not enough working outlets for the appliances, food items were not timely replenished, only had sugar free syrup, and the coffee was very weak. However, the staff was great!

Front desk lady was very helpful and friendly The room we were given didn’t even have the bed made and was not clean. We had to go back downstairs and get a new room.

A horrible experience they didn't let me inn the front guy said there were a lot incidents with the personnel and about my dog he said he couldn't let me stay. I sit on the sofa then police arrived and told me to leave and take my belongings away I need my refund barcb

Katie checked us in we drove for 8hours we were in town for my brother in law funeral and she was very helpful and nice,professional and respectful.Definitely will be staying there again when we come back in town thank you Katie and Microtel during this time for making our stay like home ♥️ Loved everything

The receptionist at the desk in the mornings was very nice. Even put on cartoons instead of news for our 4yo daughter during breakfast, without us asking. The fitness center was less than desirable.

Room wasn’t cleaned 2nd day of stay (we stayed 3 nights total). Had to go down to get clean towels. First day housekeeping gel-cleaned our room. Took our bar soap and never replaced it. Left her cleaning spray bottle on bar counter. Our bar sink was stopped up and had 2” of water sitting in it our length of stay. Overall I guess you get what you pay for. I chose this over Holiday Inn next door because the price was so much cheaper. I think next time I will pay the extra and stay at HI, where we did last year.

Near where we needed to be. The rooms and hotel were extremely humid inside. Making everything damp.
