Close to amenities and where I needed to be. Room was clean, staff were very nice and breakfast was fine.

All good. Eggs ir ham are missing.

An older property showing its age. Although generally clean, the fixtures could use updating. Sink and tub drain stoppers don't work well.

The customer service acting stupid

The location was conveniently located near the activities we came for. The room was a bit small to accommodate two queen size beds and had a musty smoker smell. The night clerk who checked us in, was not very professional, could use a little coaching. The other staff were pleasant.

Exceptional

The location was good, beds and pillows were comfortable. Plugs did not work and less no of ports available, which was inconvenient. Very minimal items in breakfast. They could as well remove the breakfast option. Old building/property. Bathrooms were clean but old. Though they have non-smoking policy, could smell cigarettes all over the floor, when walking from elevator to our room.

The price Seems like a bad part of town

We had a leak in room refrigerator desk manager took of care of it immediately.
