Hotel Ballard is charming and luxurious. We used the pool and had dinner nearby - it was a great stay!

Great place! We stayed there before our cruise ship to Alaska. Price was reasonable and location was very convenient. The hotel itself was beautiful and very comfortable.Would stay there again.

Beds were very coy. Staff were very nice and location was great. Room could have been in better condition and cleaned, especially for the nightly cost.

The courtyard suites are kind of like very fancy apartments. I loved it. The tub was great and the minibar was also very nice.

It was a very walkable area with many close restaurants nearby. The room was clean but had a ridiculously expensive minibar in the room so bring snacks and drinks so you will not be tempted. I asked for a late check out due to my cruise time and was granted only one hour. I do not suggest this property for pre-cruise accommodations.
