Reasonably priced, decent room with useful fridge, microwave, basic coffee set up. Walk to bus.

Nice clean, simple room, friendly staff, free parking & free wifi. Close enough to all the things we wanted to do, really couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our little trip!

Updated motel with parking. Small refrigerator and microwave helpful. Actual windows that open. Comfy bed , separate sitting area with loveseat , chairs and TV. Lots of lamps so you can avoid harsh overhead lights. Must approach from the south I didn`t go there, but near Gasworks Park.

Parking was available which is always a plus. Very nice owner. Enjoyed visiting with him. The room was spotless. The location was close to restaurants we enjoyed and the UW Hospital where we had an appointment.

Good location So close to main busy road.

The staff were lovely. The location is great with an easy bus ride into downtown. Rooms are a little outdated but hey its a motel.

Marco Polo needs some work. On many levels. Faucets in bathroom sink and shower were nearly impossible to function, cable TV felt like I was in pre-Communist Hungary and the overall feel to my room felt like I was in a dormitory.

This is an amazing property with an interesting history that manages to deliver much more than one might expect given the reputation of its location along Aurora Avenue North in North Seattle. All advertised room amenities were clean, in good shape and functional save for the air conditioning heating combination unit. It could have been user error on my part, but, I wasn't able to use the unit as intended. I had a short stay so it wasn't a deal breaker by any means. This is a great property for short term budget conciouse solo travelers with an interest in Seattle history. I don't imagine that it would as suitable for demographics with higher levels of privilege and the connected higher expectations of such demographics. This property served my needs well for a short duration lodging need on short notice. I am grateful for the service I received and the price was reasonable. I thank the staff and management for their hard work to provide a reasonable service!

I like the room cleanliness and room size. Setback from Aurora highway is minimal, road noise is loud. But still a good lication
