The rooms were pretty dated though. I also could hear people walking on the floor above. The AC system was a bit intrusive. I measured 44 decibels when the compressor was going. Not the worst but enough to be noticeable when you are trying to get to sleep. The location isn't the best unless you are doing something with UW. I won't stay in this neighborhood again on future Seattle trips.

We had a great stay. The bedding was fabulous and we were able to check in early. The light rail is close and can get you anywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds was super comfy. The rooms were clean. We will definitely be booking next time we’re in Seattle.

Very clean. Window treatments helped control outside lighting for sleep. We could hear every step taken in the room above us.

We loved this spot! Right in the heart of WSU, the area was easy to walk/explore…staff was super helpful! Room was spacious and clean!!

It is just a short walk to get to the light rail, so it's very easy to get to downtown Seattle. We also went to the Pineapple Cafe for breakfast and it was pretty reasonably priced and was good.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, there is unlimited free coffee and some cookies as well as sparkling water. There is no bidet

A wonderful hotel: very nice supportive staff, artfully designed well maintained property, easy safe parking. Room is spacious with modern appliances (TV is a bit small for a room size)). Area is safe in a daytime. Few angry individuals we observed on a way back to a hotel at night, coming from bar area… but, all in all it’s a good safe hotel to stay if you visit Seattle.

Nicely appointed room. It took a while to cool the room but it was hot in Seattle that day.

Size of room was wonderful. Welcome drink was nice. Staff was very fast in responding to requests. A further walk than the Graduate hotel.

The beds are always great, the free water (also sparkling ) is an extra perk, and the location in the U-District was very central to visit my son.
