We stayed for over 10 days at the hotel with family. Very central location and close to restaurents , metro. The front desk staff were very friendly and made the stay memorable. The free water filling station was one of the best things as we could get fresh water anytime we wanted. Look forward to the next stay.

It was still quite a bit of a walk to Lake Union and took us about 30mins with all our stuff and a small child. I would have rated it higher except that one of the towels we got had hair on it which was gross. Room also smelled like a dog soon as we walked in. Appreciate the morning check out staff who was very informative.

The staff was very friendly! The pool looked great but it was a bit too cold for a swim.

The hotel was clean and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. My only issue was hidden costs for 'amenities'. We found out upon check out we had to pay for the amenities which they said was basically things that are typically included in a hotel room like WiFi, the free coffee etc. I think it was around $20 USD a night. I would have don't without these things had I known that but I suspect that is not an option.

Love these hotels. Great staff and comfortable amenities. Nothing against the hotel, but World Cup prices really made it hard to justify. But in the end, it was a safe comfortable bed.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel when I visit seattle. It is quiet, convenient, and has parking. Great location. Perfect for me!

The bed and bedding was excellent. The hotel is clean, reliable and ideally located. The parking is safe. Check in was easy and in advance. The view was of a literal brick wall but it allowed us to keep an eye on the car and the convenience of the location was worth a little compromise.

The main issue we had with this hotel was the sheets- or lack of sheets, actually. This chain provides two sleeping bed type duvets on their beds so that each person is wrapped up in their own pocket. My husband and I prefer just regular sheets and don’t care to be sleeping beside each other in our own bags. See photos. Other than that, the place was clean, the staff friendly, and the location convenient.

We love the Staypineapple esthetic. It’s a little quirky but at the same time practical. Staff are great as are the bathrobes and towels (not to mention the pineapple shaped sugar cookies!). It’s only a few short blocks from the subway line (check out the Ugly Mug Coffee Shop across the street from the subway entrance for a great breakfast sandwich). We really enjoy staying at this hotel chain.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great restaurant right next door too (especially great for those with celiac). Great stay

The place is decent, clean, and the staff is responsive and helpful. Just to be aware that they charge a resort fee ~25$ per day (wifi and amenity) if you book it with the third party. That’s absurd.

Parking is very tight, plan ahead. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had to ask for clean towels every day. Also, the coffee, creamer, and cups were not replaced daily so you need to ask for this. The outdoor pool is not heated, a welcome relief in record-high temperatures. Pleasant stay overall.
