Staypineapple, University Inn, University District Seattle

Very clean and decently appointed, with some fun touches. AC/Heat, TV and streaming, coffee machine, all worked well and were in good condition. All the staff members we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Extremely convenient to UW Medical at Montlake, and the U District in general, will book again if in the area.

The hotel experience was good. My only complaint was the hot water in the shower never got really warm.

Parking was horrific. The restaurant next door dominated every spot for the majority of sat and Sunday. No enforcement of the rules and 50% of the cars in the lot weren’t guests at any time.

Excellent location close to the University district and the campus. Light rail access at University District station, provided quick and easy access to Seattle downtown and SEATAC. Plenty of food options on "the Ave." Ivar's North shore on Lake Union is an easy walk. Portage Bay Cafe is next door.

Fan stayed on all night. And there was a secondary, louder fan that went on and off all night as well. Hard to sleep in those conditions. Elevator is insufferably slow, as well. This place needs work.

The air was freezing and it needed to be modulated. the downstairs lounge was always noisy and people ate there from takeout that created odors. the room was small and not so comfortable because of that. I would never stay there again.

Location was great, just a few blocks from University Way with all the restaurants. Hotel itself is a little older but decorations were chic and updated. Maybe a tad on the expensive side but otherwise it was a nice stay and would consider staying again if in the area.

This was very convenient for a college tour. Clean, super helpful staff. Really comfortable beds and bedding. Parking was easy and reasonably priced for the area.
