Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious with many options. Location is very convenient. Card keys needed to be rekeyed multiple times. Parking fee is expensive. Laundry facility hours are inconvenient.

Well maintained. Good location. Clean breakfast area. Was forced to present identification and credit card again and again. Something about overstaying the deposit? Canceled our reservation at Silver Cloud Lake Union because it made us feel bad.

The morning breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The bed was VERY comfortable. The room was blissfully quiet. Loved walking in the area. The only thing we didn't like was the loud AC unit.

Uhhh, I’m not sure. My room was entered when I had a do not disturb sign up???!!! I’m very disappointed by service. Very dead attitudes. I make jokes and they just stare Already put my dislikes. I was mainly satisfied with the food.

The breakfast was lovely. The people working the breakfast stations were always making sure everything was filled up and cleaned up plates immediately. The air conditioner was a smidge loud at times. But we didn’t tell the officer until we were checking out so that was on us

This was a staging stay to be ready for the annual Seattle to Portland (STP) bike ride. It's the closest hotel to the starting line. The start is at 5:00am. The staff had specially prepared breakfasts waiting for us at 4:00. This was a fantastic way to start the day.

I loved how clean it was. I also loved the location. Perfect for my seven year old and I. My son wished there was a rooftop pool and hot tub. lol! Hehe It would be nice to have a bottle water in the fridge and a makeup remover wipe. I really loved everything and would definitely come back.
