Travelodge by Wyndham Seattle North of Downtown

Nothing - I left the property after seeing room. Received room dirty with bugs and “stains” on bed and bathroom. Not well kept, smelled of smoke. Location does not feel safe.

The front desk (a very elderly lady) was atrocious. My room key got demagnetized. I asked her for a replacement. And she barked at me, “don’t put the key next to your phone.”

Location is horrible, it's right in the middle of the ghetto. The place is filthy, grime on everything. There was blood splattered in the room.

The old senior lady is rude and not helpful. it was nose no sleep all night. I think senior lady should go to care home. I am regular customer for travel but this was bad experience

The office lady was nice and quickly cancelled the reservations without charging us. The motel was run-down and dirty. It had a smell in the lobby area that I can't identify but it was not good. The area around the motel was very run-down and did not appear safe at all. There was an abundance of homeless people in the area and a lot of signs about it being a high theft area. It also took forever before someone came into the office to assist us. The facilities were not in good condition, nor was the area one that I would want to be in after dark. It was dingy, and the office itself smelled of a combination of mildew and old socks. To be clear, we did not even make it to the room, so it could have been perfectly fine, but the outside and the office were enough to make us seek accommodations elsewhere.

I have never experience such rudeness in an hotel/hospitality setting. Do not try to check in before 3 pm, this was our first mistake. The older lady onsite was very upset that we showed up earlier around 2pm. She told us bluntly that we disturbed her work and it was not a safe place to leave our luggage. This is not a place that I would recommend. Unsafe area and terrible customer service.

The staff was not helpful, when I called her to make some changes she said she could not make any changes and hung up on me and the Expedia customer service as well.

The bed area wasn't clean good sheets had stains pillows smelt like smoke, the rest room towels smelt sour shower smelt like pee. the fridge smelt musty as well. The price of the hotel stay was far but i was unhappy with the services the "the lady who was running the places was Very RUDE !!!!! Fue una experiencia muy desagradable, si ud planea su estadia con con famila recomiendo no usar este hotel, no hay politicas de respeto por los huespedes, parece un lugar para la mala vida, huesped saliendo desnudo al pasillo, mujeres caminando por los pasillos, discusiones de media noche, palafernalia de drogas en la escalera. Me prometi jamas volver a a usar esta cadena de hoteles,
