Big room, friendly at reception, plenty of room to spread out a bit untidy but makes up for it in history

The pictures in the add were false. There weren’t any gardens or suites. This is a bare bones motel. It is clean but there are no amenities. There is a coffee pot but no coffee. There was a refrigerator but no ice cube trays. One towel and one washcloth per guest and a teeny bar of soap. No one in the office —had to call a number and then someone came to give you your key. Steep outside steps if your room was on the second floor. The only mirror was above the sink. Very disappointed.

Upon arrival, I was first given the wrong room type (two twin beds) even though my reservation clearly shows an efficiency room with one queen bed. I had to provide proof of my booking before the front desk corrected the mistake. Once moved to the second room, the conditions were shocking. Both rooms had a strong moldy odor that made it difficult to breathe and impossible to feel comfortable. The bathroom was filthy, with visible rust, grime, stains, and unsanitary buildup on the tub fixtures, drain, and sink hardware. The shower was in such poor condition that I felt unable to use it at all. The sink area and fixtures were dirty and deteriorated, and the cabinet beneath the sink was stained and unclean. The refrigerator and air conditioning unit also appeared neglected and unsanitary. In addition, the exterior of the property and parking lot were in poor condition, creating an overall impression of neglect and lack of cleanliness. I have photographs documenting these issues. The conditions were far below any reasonable standard for a hotel advertised on Expedia and did not match expectations for a safe, clean, habitable stay.

Cheapest Hotel. Pretty sketchy if you ask me. Only stayed for one night (on April Fool's Day, the day of the Artemis II launch that took four astronauts on a voyage to the moon). If you decide to stay here, "Why would you?" you might want to request one of the end rooms in back, so you're not too close to the traffic noise and don't increase your risk of having a noisy neighbor. Don't expect much in the way of furnishings; this place didn't even provide a chair in the bedroom.

The property managers ignore hotels.com customer service. They're counting on hotels.com siding with the property if there is no communication response in the event of a refund request. Hotels.com should be ashamed of themselves for allowing bookings at places like this. With paint flaking off the walls and unfinished flooring this place is an absolute disgrace.

Parking was fine. Room was clean with refrigerator and microwave. I wish there had been a light near the bed or near the table. My biggest problem was the additional payment that apparently had to be in cash. That needs to be stated in advance. I had to go to a cash machine.

Hi, I'm sleeping in front of this hotel inside the car, the person who answered the phone told me that he wasn't coming to answer me because it passed the time and it was very late. This happened around 2am. And supposed 24/7 I hope takes action on what happened.

Comfort, cleanliness, and transparency from the owners/cleaning crew. Can’t think of anything bad, maybe to many speed bumps lol

I fell ill suddenly after spending a day in the Sebastian area and needed to stay in the area overnight. This was the only room available closeby. The property is on A1A, between the stunning Indian River and the Atlantic Ocean. There's a lot of money in this area which appears to be a popular tourist spot. It was built in the 1950's and could be a landmark hotel if the owners were to invest in a face lift and desperately needed upkeep. It is a great property, with cottages in addition to the two-building hotel. Too bad it is not valued sufficiently by the property owners.
