Place is like a hidden gem it’s spacious, clean and has the view straight out to the water via the docks so for us it was great

OUT OF THIS WORLD! NO RISK NO REWARD

It's convenient to get in and out of and nice to have the restaurant next door. The back door opens to a patio and then the docks with the boats.

Great location looking over the river and marina.Nice big porch that was shared with other townhouses. Could have had dividers on the porch for more privacy.

The location on the water was just perfect and the layout made the best possible use of it. Seeing the lagoon through large windows on two floors, from the living room as well as one bedroom, simply made our trip. We also very much enjoyed the large deck. As others had reported, we saw dolphins and many types of birds. The marina was busy enough to provide some interesting people watching but overall low key (not at all intrusive). The apartment was furnished in Florida decor, very clean, and with tasteful furniture in good condition. The washer and dryer were especially appreciated. The powder room on the living-room level was also useful. The two flights of stairs (one from the entry up to the living room, kitchen, dining and another leading up to the two bedrooms and full bath) may be difficult to negotiate for someone with physical limitations but to us, they made the apartment feel more like a home. Also, we got some takeout from the restaurant and this was some of the best fish (mahi mahi) that we had ever eaten, perfectly spiced, fresh, and well cooked. The margarita, too, was delicious. I also want to give a shoutout to Jackie, who has extremely helpful and welcoming even before our visit (I called her) and continued as the perfect host. Two minor drawbacks were that although the lodge has 8 parking spaces and 8 rooms/apartments, about half the time during our 6 day stay, we were unable to get a spot (we parked across in a public lot) and that there was no dishwasher.

Nice location and great area with a ton of options to dine.

Very clean, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Convenient parking in front. Nice patio area with table and chairs. Attached restaurant on the marina was excellent. So good we ate there both nights. Nothing.
