Just a basic hotel, doesn't go above and beyond, but it gets the job done

When we arrived there was a sign that said "back in 10 minutes" and we proceeded to wait 20 to be able to talk to someone to check in. Then the room was in disrepair. The air conditioner was stuck on, making the room too cold. There was peeling in spots. And there were numerous brackets on the wall for fixtures that had been removed. Try a different place if staying near Providence.

Quiet and clean

The room smelled of cigarettes smoke. Our remote didn't work, waited an hour for maintenance. No wash clothes are provided. Called the front desk noone answer so called the hotel to get answers. Asked if we could have more pillows that is a no!!! Only 3 carts for the whole place. The next day we went out and bought air fresheners in candles.Just so we could stand the smell of the room. Save your money, do not go staying in a tent will be cleaner. Our sinuses were so clogged.You can taste the cigarette smoke.... Another lady was telling me that they had the king's sweet with a one bedroom and the air conditioner unit was broken.

Room was filthy. Dirty sheets. Broken furniture. Stains on bed, walls, furniture. Hole in wall. Tried numerous times to contact staff with no luck. No one reachable at front desk. Also there’s no breakfast buffet don’t let the pictures fool you. Definitely don’t stay!!!

Free parking, convenient location Rooms were way too dark and it felt damp as towels would not dry. The furniture is very old and not very clean, the rates were high for what you get

None. Hallways and chairs were dirty. The bathrooms needed to be updated. Mini soaps and shampoo were cheap. You can tell the owners just want the money and are not investing in the property. The sink is a hazard and not properly installed. One of the worst properties I’ve stayed in. Does not live up to Wyndham standards

The interior of the main floor is beautiful. They kept the original look, however, the only good thing about the room was the size, and the location. Other than that, I will not stay here again.

This desk clerk was not friendly nor available. The room smelled of waste the carpets were stained and someone was obviously smoking .

It’s truly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Terrible rooms, dirty, smells, and loud.

This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived, the experience was terrible. The man at the front desk was rude, impolite, and unprofessional. The entrance had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the room was completely unacceptable. The pillowcases and bed sheets were dirty with visible stains. The chair in the room was filthy, and the bathroom sink had stains and clearly had not been cleaned properly. The conditions were so unsanitary that I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the bed or even taking a shower. I ended up spending the entire night sleeping in the office chair instead. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had, and I would not recommend staying here.
