Loved that they were pet friendly, that’s what made us book, and the guy at the front desk was nice, but there was blood stains on the mattress and on the carpet, as well as boogers stuck to the wall, so that wasn’t very pleasant, i would go back if we were in the area and needed a place to stay, but i do feel like the cleanliness could’ve been there

Excellent

Not clean room was muggy had to buy a fan: Ac filter moldy
-
The Air Conditioner did not work for 2 days straight and the management did not even fix it

Hotel needs an update as it is since everything seems to be old and worn out. Beds are comfy and staff very friendly and helpful. Carpet in room 425 is stain. Entrance has a funny odor in the back entrance.
-
Air conditioning not working at whole hotel. No running water in either of our rooms. No refund offered. Hotel staff lied to our booking service (hotels tonight) and said they could transfer us to other rooms with working a/c and running water. But the reception was full of customers complaining. Our rooms were on 3 & 6th floor, further proving that there was no running water or ac at any floor. Because hotel lied to hotels-tonight, we couldn’t get a refund from them either.

My bed was covered in black mold. We refused to sleep under the covers. The carpet was filthy and stained, furniture was falling apart and the outlets in the bathroom did not work properly, the air in the room was stale and I woke up feeling ill. I will never return. I should not have to pay for that kind of hotel room.

Dirty room and stink of weed
-
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff were not helpful or welcoming, and the property had a bad smell throughout. The room was not in great condition and did not meet my expectations. I hope the management improves the cleanliness, room quality, and customer service for future guests.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. The owner of the property has not done their job maintaining it and keeping it to the standard of the hotel brand. The furniture in the rooms has to be at least 30 years old. The rugs in the rooms and hallways the same. In the second floor towards room 215 the whole hallway smells like piss. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom is in a really weird place all the way to the back right where it is not reachable if using the toilet. The thermostat for the bedroom is from what appears to be the 1980s. Ceilings of the room have popcorn and full of dust. No safe for your belongings in the room. Mattress appeared to be over 10 years old. Outlet behind the night stand did not work. Too many things wrong to list. They should close hotel and remodel it completely.

Great place to lay your head and not pay downtown Providence prices. Though the front desk was very accommodating, and very apologetic, it took three tries, including 3 trips up and down the stairs (3rd floor) and a call to maintenance to get our keys/door to work.
-
Refrigerator was cold At best a 1-2 star hotel. Broken ceiling tiles, torn window coverings, horribly stained carpets, broken furniture, minimal lighting, very old mattress. Mold smell, no ventilation in shower, rusty hinges, rusty light fixtures, leaky faucets. Good fridge!
-
Very old property with shabby maintenance. Nobody at the front desk for check in. Had to wait for over 15 minutes for someone to show up. Most of the guest rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor with no elevator. The hotel predates the ADA, so not friendly for people with disabilities. Room climate control was set on full cool but only managed to keep the room at 74°F.

Room was nice, very comfortable bed Shower could have been a bit hotter
-
The bed was very comfortable. When I got there there was a slight smell to the room. And all the stairs. A 1st floor room would have been nice.
-
The location The room we were given was a complete wreck. Wallpaper was held up with large nails. Pictures were off the wall, 2 of the 3 AC units didnt work, no wash cloths, no toilet paper. Carpet throughout hotel was extremely old and seams were separating. Tile floor in lobby were cracked and popping. It smelled pretty bad, and there were no cleaners on a daily basis, trash left in hallway all weekend.
-
The lobby smell bad, like proper bad. And there was no wash clothes in the room at all. The floor was not vacuum and the mattress and fitted sheet are old and unfit. The ceiling tiles were partially open and the room layout was worse than a college dorm. Overall, old and outdated with barely functioning to accommodate the guests. Will not choose this in future stays in Seekonk, MA.
