I’m impressed! Large room and clean!

The Extended Stay in East Providence was conveniently located; My flight was delayed and arrived late that evening. Nonetheless the receptionist was pleasant, helpful, and facilitated my check in. I left for a a family funeral early the next morning so didn't used any available amenities. The room was clean and the bed comfortable although spartan in furnishings due to the extended stay flexibility for extended stay guests to adapt; however, everything that anyone staying for a longer time was available, for sure.

It was great and vey clean close to restaurants and stores

The room was clean, yet it smelled like feet. The little sign for dishes said they would deliver the box to you. I called the main desk, and they did not deliver to to my room and had to retrieve it myself. Not a big deal, but why advertise delivery? The breakfast options were poor and cold.

The rooms were clean and the staff was polite and helpful.

The property was updated and the room was very clean. The common areas could use some additional attention to cleaning. They only provide maid service every 5 days and you have to take your dirty towels to the front desk for new ones.

Parking was easy and secured, the room was clean and cozy

Clean, odor-free room. Plenty of free parking. Helpful, informative staff. Free breakfast was setup in the smallish vending room. There was plenty of coffee, creamer, yogurt, and breakfast bars. Digital clock was missing from my room. Desk clerk scheduled a wakeup call instead. A/C worked well and was not too noisy. No rug in room, just hardwood flooring throughout, which may be appreciated by travelers with allergies. Rear hallway staircase exit door did not close on its own. A temporary sign posted outside this door stated the door was broken and to use another door to enter the hotel. At times, I found the door open several inches, entered the hotel without needing to swipe my room key, and had to manually pull the door closed.

Easy to find. Comfy The house cleaning did a poor job cleaning. Found dirty socks from the pervious occupants under the bed.

Our room was impeccably clean. It was spacious and easy to move about. The kitchenette was an added bonus. We would definitely look to re-book this room for future stays and already made a recommendation to friends. Guests should be aware that the kitchenette is bare and they need to request utensils, cookware, plates, coffeepot, etc. ahead of time. We only stayed one night, and it wasn't a huge inconvenience to get coffee at the continental breakfast, but we were hoping to have a coffeepot in the room.
