The room given to us is not yet ready, the cleaners are still there. The cleaning process was not yet done because the dusts on the table was still visible. The bed sheets were I think not replaced because there were strands of hair. The staff were not properly coordinated. The parking is conveniently available near the entrance. The kitchen was available but there were no kitchenware, and utensils available. I think the kitchen was no use because of that.

Room amenities were also at a bare minimum. Bars of soap provided. A small thumb-sized tube of shampoo. No pencil or pad. Room is cleaned once a week. Full refrig and microwave. Ironing board and iron. One has to ask for kitchen essentials--plates, glasses, silverware, etc. Parking is available.

We travelled with 2 dogs. The room was perfectly suited for us and the dogs were welcome.

We had a great stay in the East Providence location! It was clean, with all the amenities needed for our stay. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
