Easy access to Bristol and Newport and it was clean and quiet with free parking and nice staff.

The room was not only immaculate but beautifully decorated. Breakfast was not your average hotel fare; also excellent. Everything made my stay so enjoyable. The only minor complaint I would have is because I am elderly, the height of the entrance to the shower was a little high

Staff very nice

The only two nit-picky drawbacks. The soap and lotion being mounted to the counter and unmovable said "we don't trust you" much more than it said "welcome". The air conditioner, though it worked great would turn the fan on and off with the cooling so continuous changes in the room volume while trying to sleep.

I have had nothing short of a perfect stay here. Everyone has been so kind and accommodating, the food has been delicious, and all of the amenities were perfectly clean and up to park. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I had a very quiet stay here, and that was great. The only issue I had was that the bathroom floor was sticky, so obviously not as clean as I would have hoped. There was a sign on the bathroom mirror stating that housekeeping would only visit every other day, so I’m not sure if that was a factor. I do expect a little better when paying $225 a night.

Wonderful hotel all around. Quiet & safe. Plenty to do within walking distance. Great full breakfast., and a DD across the street. Spotless rooms & very clean property. Super friendly staff. Their toiletries are fabulous. No need to pack your shampoos. The breakfast area has comfortable seating you can enjoy. We ate at the tables bringing in togo food., rather than eating in our room. Although the rooms are spacious. Multiple cozy areas outside with sofas & electric firepits. Needless to say, we will be back when visiting with family.

great room w a view, reservation checkin requests were honored, room amenities were excellent: room climate control, comfortable & modern walkin shower, bath supplies, ample-size TV, very pleased with room size. Breakfast was made exceptionally special by the thoughtfulness of the breakfast host. She was great, very pleasant, she gave hearty greetings. She kept the breakfast area replenished, as well as very clean, very tidy. I really appreciated and was impressed by the attention she gave to her work. Cant think of anything.
