Room was clean and it was quiet. The only complaint was that most of the outlets didn't work. Other than that it was a good place to land for a night.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was nice and roomy. The management was helpful. The issue we had was safety and security. The door had no deadbolt or chain, it was simply a regular door knob with a lock like you would have on an interior door. My husband showed the manager how he was easily able to use a credit card to get in. It also wasn’t the greatest neighborhood. We felt we had to set up something inside to block the door from being opened. Never experienced that anywhere else in 40 years of staying in hotels.

For what I paid the room was fine. It was clean, the whole place.is just a little dated, I was just disappointed that the room I had did not have a microwave or refrigerator so be careful when picking a room. I did not have much interaction with staff, but check in was smooth.

Management was very helpful and upgraded us to a better room at the same cost when we were not able to do a smoking room.

Not suitable

Super convenient backing up to my room door and unloading my car. I would like to suggest a lighted sign with motel name on it by the road, a small counter in the bathroom for toothpaste/brush, deodorant and other stuff especially since women have a bit more stuff they want to be within easy reach. Microwave and mini refrigerator in rooms would be nice as well. Nice place that’s conveniently located.

This is great place for what your paying for! Always very clean and Staff are extremely nice and helpful if something happens during your stay.

We booked this motel for one night. We had a difficult time finding it and had to call. Their sign had blown down in a storm. The pictures on the website made it look nicer than it was. The room was clean and large. But the rug looks like it could be cleaned or replaced. It was ok for one night.

There was a lot of noise above my room and the staff at the front desk did a great job moving my room. The new room was recently shampooed and it became obvious why; room 11 smelled like either dog urine or vomit, it was hard to tell which. I don't understand how some people left reviews saying that it was quiet at night, it wasn't. There was a lot of road noise throughout the night. Between the smell in the room, the mediocre shape of the building, and the road noise, I definitely will not be staying there again. Someday I hope I learn that you get what you pay for.

The room did not feel clean. There were yellow stains/dirty-looking marks on both the sofa and the bed, which made us very uncomfortable. The bathroom door lock also had a problem:we couldn't open the door normally. We had to contact the motel manager late at midnight to come and fix it., and basic toiletries such as shampoo and body wash were not provided. When I brought up these problems at checkout, the owner was extremely rude. Instead of apologizing or addressing the issues, he told me to leave . I expected nothing more than a clean, functional room and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, that was not what we received. I would not recommend this motel.

The staff were super friendly. I was on a tight budget and this place met all my expectations and more. I would highly recommend Town & Country for anyone visiting the area. Five stars all around! Thank you for your accommodations.
