Colonial Inn Seekonk

When we arrived home after our overnight stay, my husband discovered that he'd left behind his toilettries bag with all his meds in the bathroom. We called the hotel and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful--they had found the bag and promised to hold it for us, and when my son (who lives in the area) went to pick it up, the staff insisted on calling me to make sure it was ok to give it to him. That kind of customer care is priceless. Thank You Colonial Inn!

Very clean hotel.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. The rooms have been updated and are a great value. The pool area is lovely. Lots of chairs and umbrellas. Coffee and tea are provided every morning in the lobby. The rooms have air conditioning and there’s lots of parking available. This motel is in a super central location. 45 minutes to Newport, 15 minutes to providence, 1 hr to Cape Cod. Definitely a great budget friendly choice!

The price and location were exactly what we needed. The rooms were clean and staff were attentive. Great option!!

Very clean inside the room. Towels were like new. The door sticks. Went to office 3 times and they kept changing room. Ultimately needs to be pushed hard.

This place is charming! It is a bit older but it only adds to its charm. Check in was easy and our room was lovely. Adorable personal touches and the comfiest beds!! I would easily stay here again in the future.

A no-frills motel that delivers exactly what you would expect. Our non-smoking room clearly had been smoked in. The extremely high heat and humidity were more than the AC could handle -- the room got cool but everything was damp due to condensation. The staff was extremely helpful and brought clean towels every day since it was too damp in room for used towels to dry out.

Room was clean and comfortable but 1 window did not lock , lock was broken.

Lovely older motel, kinda like stepping back in time. Property is older, but the staff were great, rooms were clean, and it’s very reasonably priced.

Just like a Motel6 only way more expensive

The hotel staff were amazing. We particularly want to give a s/o to Sherry & Melissa whom went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms were clean, quiet and welcoming. The amenities were plentiful and the bed was comfortable. We will 100% stay here again next time we’re in the area on vacation.

Great over all

I also accidentally booked a smoking room, which was completely my mistake. When I asked if there was any possibility of switching rooms, the front desk employee was unnecessarily rude. Instead of simply explaining there were no vacancies, she sarcastically pointed to the “No Vacancy” sign and repeatedly told me that I had booked the smoking room, even after I acknowledged it was my mistake. Overall, the property needs better upkeep and customer service.
