Best Western Providence-Seekonk Inn

Clean room, great staff and good breakfast.

Staff was excellent, very courteous and the place was clean.

We are quite sure we left our AirPods next to the pillow when we checked out. They only replied that they would have someone check for it, but that was two days ago. I haven’t received any updates since then.

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, good buffet breakfast.

No issues at all with our stay. Traveling with our special needs daughter who has many routines, and realizing we had left our toiletries at home caused an issue as my daughter was unable to brush her teeth which is the start her bedtime routine. Luckily front desk had a replacement brush, paste and mouthwash so we able to get back on track with bedtime. Kudos to the front-desk!!

Overall a great hotel. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was ok considering everything was cooked in a microwave.

It is a typical Best Western. Nothing special, just a place to spend the night when we were passing through. The breakfast was basic and mediocre at best. I got what I paid for.

Plenty of free parking, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and met our needs. My grandson enjoyed the pool. It was too cold for me. Breakfast was average, but it was what you usually find when you get free breakfast with your lodging. The woman refilling the food was pleasant.

very loud and obnoxious young adults in the pool. alot of swearing and horse play that me and my husband and my 2 granddaughter had to leave the pool area. the kids are 8 and 10.

Very nice and professional staff. The pro Trump truck parked right at the entrance, not sure if it belonged to a staff or guest but it made me cringe.

Sarah was hands-down the best. She identified, trouble shot and resolved our laundry debacle with humor and patience. I had the privilege of meeting one of the owners the next day. AAU basketball tournament brought us to the area. The boys had a blast, played in the pool and ate their weight in breakfast. Thanks for a great stay!
