Hotel was nice and staff were friendly. I was able to check in early with no issues and there was always parking available. The area didnt seem bad either.

We stayed for 4 days for BTS concert! This hotel needs to be renovated! The hotel rooms have ppopcorn ceilings! Good breakfast and friendly staff!

Very clean and quiet! Breakfast area extremely well maintained. Deceiving from the outside, located next to a auto service facility, however remarkably peaceful and pleasant! We would return if we come to the area again. Close to Providence as well as Newport,

The breakfast was not what I expected and the parking was horrible. Other than that our stay was great!

Location was good, near to restos and shopping center. Clean rooms, they clean it everyday. Staff were friendly. A little bit outdated but definitely still a good stay. Breakfast needs more varities.

Location was great. Staff were nice. The sausage was boiled and didn’t look pleasant for breakfast. And the laundry machine was noisy all night as our room was across from it. And the walls and ceiling are paper thin - you can hear everything.

The room was clean and the temp was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful. I had some great sleep. Check in/ Check out was fast and the staff was nice and welcoming.

Staff was excellent, very courteous and the place was clean.

We are quite sure we left our AirPods next to the pillow when we checked out. They only replied that they would have someone check for it, but that was two days ago. I haven’t received any updates since then.

The staff was great and accommodating, the personalized welcome into the room was neat to see, the 24hr coffee service in the lobby is a good idea, the pool areas was clean and stocked with pool towels. Over experience was 10/10. The hot breakfast was good. My sons fav was the pancake maker N/a

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, good buffet breakfast.

No issues at all with our stay. Traveling with our special needs daughter who has many routines, and realizing we had left our toiletries at home caused an issue as my daughter was unable to brush her teeth which is the start her bedtime routine. Luckily front desk had a replacement brush, paste and mouthwash so we able to get back on track with bedtime. Kudos to the front-desk!!
