Great first time experience staying here. Friendly staff, clean room close to Tanger Outlets and short drive to Dollywood.

Wonderful service, they even had an afternoon snack! The staff were all so kind and caring, I couldn't ask for a better vacation environment for my family!

The price was very reasonable, which made me a little skeptical at first, but it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the showers were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and we had absolutely no issues with cleanliness or bed bugs. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great location I think additional space is needed for the breakfast area, or the furniture be arranged differently. Having cafeteria style table benches not the best setup for an already small space. Breakfast options were limited, maybe because there is an affiliated kitchen restaurant across the parking lot.

Shower was walk in Ac was loud, and very very noisy. Seems like compressor was going out and it screeched loudly whwn trying to kick on and off. No comfy chair as depicted in photos. There was an absolute need for a chair with armrests and a desk chair madebof logs was in the room

The free breakfast is not what I expected. Not very many options and you get pre-made breakfast sandwiches and a microwave to heat them up in. Some cold cereal choices, bagels and bread to toast. Compared to other hotel free breakfast this is a let down.

Staff was very friendly and my little loved the pool! Nothing

The hotel had a clean room and nice staff. But the breakfast could add some more food to the counter. The area was too compact and crowded for everyone who wanted to use the microwave to heat a sandwich. And then the pancake machine was out of mix, so I just got yogurt and a muffin.

Very clean,staff very helpful with suggestions of things to do.In a convenient location. Breakfast was good with pre-made sausage/biscuits and fresh pancakes and cereal but we really like a full breakfast because we do not eat lunch.But it was good.

Great location for our areas of interest, also very convenient for shopping - a general store up the hill, the outlets across the street, and Walmart very close by! The staff were all friendly. My kids loved the slide and water features at the pool. We loved the overall lodge vibes! It was neat reading about the Ogle family's history, as well. A big plus - the shower had excellent water pressure compared to most hotels and housekeeping provided fresh towels and toiletries daily! The rooms were a bit small, specifically the bathroom area (half was a closed off toilet and shower and half was open with the sink and small built-in shelves/open closet). There was not a lot of countertop space, and if you are not comfortable changing in open areas, the closed off area of the bathroom was very cramped. The room always felt very humid, causing any fabric left laying out to feel slightly damp/dingy (but the AC was blowing cool air) and there was an odd smell that just lingered around the entryway.

Great service as always a great place to stay.

Nice place, good service, a bit dated but fits the lodge style. I will stay here again when in the area.

You cannot beat this location. We felt at home during our two night stay. My travelling party was comfortable.

Location was great. Lots to do in that specific area. Pool area is nice with firepits and lots of seating. Staff very friendly.

This hotel was in a great location!! It’s across the street from Tanger and you can walk to dinner at the many restaurants located near by. There is even a aranch practically next door with activities for the kids. The NASCAR track is across the street. As well as. My first turn to the area and if u visit again I would stay there

The location especially directly across from Tanger Outlets. Our room was cozy, the beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was wonderful. Need more snack/drink selection to chose from
