The room was clean and close to good restaurants and great shopping. The pool was fun, especially the slide. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Maybe a few more options for breakfast.

The check-in was wonderful and easy. I was SO impressed with how clean the entire place was. The rooms have a rustic feeling to them that fit in with the mountain scenery. The breakfast was great . The lady that worked in the breakfast area was so very nice and kept the area very clean. I come to Pigeon Forge many times during the year and have always noticed this hotel. This was my first time staying and I'll return again. The price was very nice as well. Thanks so very much for making me feel welcome. The beds was so comfortable. I thing that I didn't like was that my vacation ended.

The motel was great, but when we checked out there was an additional charge to my credit card that didn't make any sense. Not being charged for a bogus add on charge
