Everything was good. The breakfast was hot if you wanted hot but if you wanted cold breakfast that was well stocked.

This is the first time we've stayed at the Hampton Inn in Shawnee. It a great stay. Staff were very helpful. It was convenient and close to our family. We will definitely be back.

Breakfast was great. Many food choices were offered. The location was also excellent with restaurants nearby and easy access to and from the interstate. No complaints.

The remote in our hotel room would not work without the batteries being messed with. Our shower would not drain unless we stopped it with a wash cloth. There was mold and hair on the bathroom ceiling.

I like Hampton but this one is getting a little tired. The tub did not drain and the toilet ran. It’s ready for a refresh.

The staff were all pleasant to us. The location was easy to find. We enjoyed dinner at the Cracker Barrel just next door. It is a pretty town with a warm hospitality to guests.

The convenience to the surrounding area was nice It was DIRTYYYY and OUTDATED. The shower curtain had mold allll over it, the hotel itself was just dirty in general.

Customer service was great, and the breakfast bar was small but good. Overall, the building needs some updating.

We had a very good stay, we were at softball tournaments all day had a really late night check-in was perfect it was in a very good area quiet slept well great breakfast we will use the facility again

This hotel was not as clean as the one we stayed at across the street a few weeks earlier. They were comparable in price and location.

It was musty in our room and it had some sort of towel covering up some sort of fixture in our ceiling. Didn’t even bother with the minimal breakfast. For that price I can stay at embassy with a great breakfast. And CLEAN!

Breakfast was good both mornings. Bathroom sink was very slow draining to the point had to just leave it to drain. Toilet seat was loose as well. Other than that room was clean and adequate for our purposes
