Very well appointed, great breakfast. Much appreciated after a road weary week of lesser establishments.

The staff was amazing! The bathroom and bedroom were clean. Breakfast was ok. The pool and hot tub were disgusting! My nephew was getting married nearby and it was my daughter’s 7th birthday and we stayed here because of the pool. She was so upset!! She is a swimmer and the other reviews were good! If you are going and expecting to swim good luck! If your not looking to swim it was great and lots of shopping nearby!

Property was good A little worn. Rugs had some staining

Everyone was super friendly, just the hotel itself was so gross. The weight room was very water damaged, moldy, had no cleaner, wipes or towels, the tv had been taken down. I would never book here again, unfortunately.

The first room we were assigned smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, was dirty, and had a nightstand missing from the wall. It appeared to be an out-of-service room that was put back into use because the hotel was full. After we complained, we were moved to another room that was somewhat better, but it still had significant issues. The temperature never dropped below 73 degrees, and there were numerous gnats around the windowsill and air conditioning unit, indicating a possible leak or ongoing maintenance problem. The overall condition of the property was extremely poor. Trim pieces were falling off walls both inside and outside the hotel. The ice machines were barely functional, and the property had only one elevator for the entire hotel. The elevator was exceptionally slow and created long wait times throughout our stay. We understand paying higher rates during a busy tournament weekend, but guests should still expect clean, well-maintained accommodations. Unfortunately, this hotel did not come close to meeting those expectations, and the condition of the property was not reflective of the premium price being charged.

Room was nonsmoking and smelled like smoke

The stay was great until we tried to go eat breakfast and it didn’t open until 7am. So many people were down stairs trying to eat breakfast, but had to leave before they had the chance. Most places we have stayed breakfast opens at 6:30am. We had to leave hit a drive thru and eat on the way. Breakfast is a must when we stay at hotels because it’s convenient, no extra stops, and that expense is already included, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case here.

Clean, spacious room, staff

Great breakfast!! Excellent customer service!

Staff was friendly and helpful Tornado went by very close. The whole hotel lost power from 930pm until 315 am. Very stuffy room with no air flow. Not the hotels fault for the weather but they should've had a generator for times like those
