Good views but staff qas not helpful. The bed cover was dirty. Coffee onlynhad one pack of creamer.

All was great - massages were excellent!

We had a relaxing stay. Our room was beautiful and loved being by the lake. Can’t wait to come back!

Our children are 7 and 10 years old. They both thoroughly enjoyed every minute at the water park.

Supportive staff and clean spacious rooms

The restaurant food was a bit greasy for our taste, and the bathroom in our room was small and seemed dated. The waterpark and miniature golf was fun.

Staff was very nice.

Waterpark was cold

My family friends and I decided to book a one night stay at the hotel. The hotel and the waterpark we’re both amazing and the atmosphere was overall perfect. The waterpark closes at 8pm which is kind of early but once the waterpark closed we decided to go eat on the rocks restaurant. I understand that the restaurant closed at 9 PM and we went an hour before closed, but the service was overall very disappointing. It took us a while to get waited on and once we did, we didn’t receive any napkins any silverware and no refills. It constantly felt like we had to ask our server for something if we could get a hold of him. It was almost like we had to hunt him down I think total he only came back to the table once or twice my fiancé ordered a prime rib. It came out and he took one bite and said it tasted more like a ham he decided to take one more bite and decided he wanted to talk to somebody about taking a back. He went and found a girl named Jess. Just then argued with him about the prime rib saying that it was a cut of steak and that’s what it looked like and how they do it at the restaurant. She finally said that she would be able to take 20% off for his prime rib other than waiting another 10 to 15 minutes for our bill. The server dropped off our bill and then never came back. I checked over the bill and realized that the 20% was not taken off and then had to walk back up to the bar where our server was and mentioned that Jess said that she would be taking a percentage off of

Beautiful rooms. Clean, comfortable. Water park had great staff.

The only thing I have a complaint about is the false advertisement of a crib. I asked a worker for one, and she said Blue Harbor only has a pack n play and no crib.

The hotel was very clean, the room was great! The bar had very good food. Would definitely. Recommend. There is plenty for the kids to do! They loved the waterpark! Although the Beacon restaurant I wouldn’t recommend. The breakfast buffet had very little to offer. I had to tell the staff that the food trays were empty & the biscuits & gravy were terrible.

Food was just ok. Staff made you think you were inconveniencing them. Main complaint was the pool and game room hours. On Friday pool didn’t open until 4PM and it closed at 8PM. The entire stay was a disappointment for the money spent. Would not recommend. All weekend we kept experiencing more things that would make us shake our heads. By the end of the weekend all we could do was laugh and chalk it up to a bad experience we could tell our friends about.

Nice property right on the water

Our family enjoyed our little staycation. Room was well maintained and cleaned. Very kids friendly.

Pool closed at 8 and bonfire by 9 so not much else to do

Lovely lake property with charming amenities. Enjoyed the water park, fire 🔥 pits and snores, and on site restaurant. Highly recommend for a family weekend away!
