Thank you guys! And the breakfast, so delicious and well balanced it was a full plate! Plus with grocery store access, one door down, everything was here and I was also able to get my work done very well from my room. And from downstairs! The Lovey is very quiet, with a pleasant demeanor, where the energy from Ragi and her staff filled the room Come visit to see more! The views from the top floor are spectacular

When you checked into the hotel and spent majority of the day at the beach and watching the 4th of July fireworks. We are extremely tired when we got back to the room. I noticed that he had two body washes instead of shampoo conditioner and body wash. Shower didn't look that clean. There was hair at the bottom of the tub. Did not check the bed before we got into the bed and when we woke up in the morning I noticed we were sleeping on dirty sheets and there was even dry blood. I was disgusted. I know it did not come for me because I had a hysterectomy in December. Staff taste extra long to answer the phone. When I arrive to the front desk I had told her on the phone exactly what I needed and she's still forgot the towels. Also gave us more dirty duvet and two dirty pillow cases. Or if they were clean they were very stained and should have been thrown out. I have videos of all this. Not happy at all. Also one of my rooms were canceled prior to me even arriving so I had to call and double check to make sure I still have one room. Probably will never stay at this car for you again extremely disappointed and considering I worked for a window and our property was never like this that I worked at. Definitely was not worth the money could have just stayed at a cheaper hotel for the service that I got.

Plenty parking, nice area , safe, clean. Friendly /professional staff, fast check in/out, clean rooms, comfortable beds . Good breakfast.

Rooms were not clean, building is run down. Guests were smoking right outside the main entrance.

Our experience at this Wyndham property was very poor. While the room was clean, there were several problems. These included no WiFi working in our room, limited TV cable access, and no working air conditioning!!! The staff were VERY uncooperative and deceitful. I asked them to come to our room to see these problems, but all 3 refused. I even offered one clerk cash to come and experience our problems. He refused. We requested a change in rooms, but were told that none were available. It was clear that the hotel was not full or sold out. While located in a safe neighborhood, homeless people gathered and socialized outside of our second floor window. Very loud. They also gathered in the parking lot of this hotel. This was the first time I saw a hotel with maintenance staff carrying handcuffs to intimidate or restrain the homeless people that refuse to leave the area of the property. I have photos documenting all of these issues, should anyone dispute this report.

Room small but functional. Basic. Comfortable bed. Breakfast not that good. Scrambled eggs cold and firm. Tater tots overdone.
-
Paint chipping everywhere inside and outside the building Loud- can hear everything outside and inside. Floors extremely dirty. Mud and dirt everywhere. Old towels left in room.

I checked in at 1:30 and got a $25 early check in fee. Got ready for a wedding and left in like 30 min. Came back around 12:00 AM and there wasn’t parking. Then the fire alarms went off 3X between 4:30 and 5:30 AM. I paid roughly 225.00 for about 4-5 hours of bad sleep. Not happy.

The parking was easy, the lake view was quite a stretch. Breakfast was ok, beds comfortable. AC was tough to figure out, and was loud.

Location in the heart of Sheboygan My floor smelled like smoke. My room was very clean and didn't have a smokey smell. But you could tell the hotel was old and they are working to improve the overall look/feel of the hotel.

Breakfast of good, room was lacking supplies, no soap. Hallways and elevator were rundown . Lots of misses overall.

You pull up from the street and don’t quite know what to expect. However, everything is very clean, hard surface floors in the rooms, and the breakfast was quite enjoyable. In town for a weekend soccer tournament and this worked perfectly and we would stay again.

This hotel has people living in it. Pot stench filled the air walking to my room. Old and run down. The parking lot is filled with homeless people. Overall…go somewhere else!

We really liked the grocery in the back and the elevator buttons are top notch. I mean...have you pressed those things?? Nothing. It was close to downtown and wonderful. We only ever want to stay here.

The property seemed “tired”. I observed staff refilling the pastries with bare hands. And the second morning, staff had not restocked the breakfast area. There was yogurt the first morning but not the second. No one wiped down the breakfast tables between uses. Great location.

Pool was disgusting and instantly irritated my skin and my children's skin. Breakfast was nasty. Later I was approached by a nice gentleman who told me and showed proof of mold on the breakfast sausage that my children ate in the morning. And bed bugs in his room. They need to properly clean their hotel hot tub and pool because it was just disgusting all around. Everything I wrote in the wrong section. I liked the store attached to the hotel

The room I got was never cleaned so they gave me another room. It's nice of a hotel, however the woman who runs the hotel is extremely rude. The rest of the staff is nice.
