the location was excellent - right next to the conference center needed hangers -- asked right after check-in. it took 2 days! rather difficult to manage wrinkled clothing without hangers :( every night the floor above was consistently noisy well past 11pm

Wow BW - over $200USD per night for this place?! The whole place smelled, room worse then the hallway. Bed uncomfortable, sheets felt damp, sink area outside of bathroom. The room door doesn’t seal, you can see light around it. BOTH outside doors we used didn’t close on their own - so no security. The inside doors leading to the outside doors SLAMMED shut anytime someone used them - So we got to wake up to that every morning. Paint slopped all over, caulking dirty, bathtub dirty. One of the worst conditions I’ve seen a hotel room in a long while. Clearly not putting any money back in. Doesn’t BW do quality checks?!

Attendant said they have it every other day 🤔 So roll your dice you may hit on meat day 😂 What’s breakfast without bacon or sausage?

Was a great place, staff were friendly even though I didn’t arrive until after 1 am. Room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was good, had eggs, potatoes and biscuits and gravy. Price was reasonable. I would recommend.

Stay was great. They were just finishing up a remodeling.

Always a great experience at this property. Plenty of truck parking across the street, and a friendly welcoming staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Looks like the hotel is undergoing renovations, so that took away from the overall experience. The cleanliness of the room needed more attention, especially the bathroom.

The room had a sour odor and the bathroom wasn't very clean. The ac worked well but had a tone to it that was slightly annoying. Breakfast was good. We had to wait for staff to check out in the morning. Nobody was at the desk.

Clean room, great shower, friendly staff

Very pleased that my room smelled fresh and normal. (My biggest pet peeve are non-smoking rooms that have any hint of smoke.) I walked in and the room temperature was just the way I like it: frigid! Parking was easy. The breakfast was above average. They have a waffle maker, which is my favorite breakfast item. There is a cute 24-hour Dennys right across the street. I paid under 70 for a Thursday night stay in a room with a decent King bed. That's a great price. Will stay here again on future travels.

The hot breakfast was good. The room had a smell to it, and the mattress was not very comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaned better, there was somebody's leftover hairs in and on the tub. The toilet wasn't sparkling clean; it actually had something yellowish looking on the bowl behind the seat that I cleaned off.
