Location Staff First room reaked with marijuana that someone had smoked in the room prior to us checking in. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and they moved us to a cleaner room.

My daughter and I needed last minute accommodations on a rainy night on our way to Louisville. We chose this place for the cost. The room was painted a dismal, dark color but the tv and ac worked fine and the bed was comfortable . The bathroom was very clean and shower water pressure was “ok”. The towels were scratchy and could be a higher percentage of cotton. There were low places in the parking lot that filled with water. In the morning, on the way out to the car, puddles were up to my ankles and my shoes were soaked. It was just a bad coincidence. We didn’t visit the breakfast area. Got the heck out of there.

Room was exactly what we booked and needed. Would’ve been great if pool worked but we were understanding. Breakfast could use some work. Maybe more options for sure. Overall it’s my go to for booking here.

The location was great, staff was really nice, pool was being worked on but not really time for that anyway, breakfast was disappointing but over would stay again. Breakfast was really disappointing

Staff was friendly though I'm pretty sure they are living on site. Their kids were yelling and screaming down the hall in t he middle of the night. A/C worked great. TV worked. Shower wasn't bad If my wife was there she wouldn't have liked it but again, it was cheaper and it takes a lot to bother me.

Pool was closed? But a staff member was in there with I'm guessing his family. When asked the 1st night was the chemicals where off the 2nd time was the manager who oversees the pool was leaving....and the last I heard they did this so that we(the customers) would have to use the Park next to the expo center.( we were there for a basketball tournament at expo) I already had to pay extra for my daughter to play in this expo tournament to than be gipped by the hotel. So disappointing. Shower was moldy was where falling apart room smelt like nasty old room.

Easy location Pool out if order. No stopper in tub to take a bath (desk clerk attempted to fix but couldn't and would not move us to another room). Bed uncomfortable and really crappy pillows. Lady that checked us in was very nice, though.

Staff was friendly, pool was murky and breakfast options were lacking.

Clean room and guy who checked us in was pleasant. There were people up late outdoors smoking and partying in the parking lot outside our room so sleep was so-so at best.
