The location was great. Our bathroom was dirty and the sheets on the beds were both inside out like they were just flipped over. I chose because of location and price. It was half of what Louisville charged, but I would have expected it to be more sanitary than it was

The rooms are always clean. The staff is always kind and very understanding. The rooms are always great temperature in the breakfast no hot breakfast except the waffles that you can make but it’s still on point and I will give them 100 on a scale of one to 10.

The only thing positive about this place is the location. Beds had stained top blankets that made you wonder if the sheets were clean. The towles were small, thin, and wet. The ac unit puddled water on top. The bath tub had several short human hair. I felt it was so dirty that I went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies to make sure it was clean. I also bought a flat sheet and blanket to sleep with. I always bring my pillow. The breakfast was not any better, they end it at 9am, too early for me. Also I got there at 8:40 ish and they stopped replacing food. The doors don’t close very well and you had to push them shut. After my cleaning and buying of stuff I slept well and knew that I was getting breakfast somewhere else. I was in town for the Louder than life festival.

The property needs to updated and the bathroom needs to be cleaned better, removing the dirt around all the jointed areas,like corner's, floor tiles. They don't take time to give it a throughal cleaning, in the limited time assigned to each room.

I wasn't sure what to expect from a Super 8 Motel. We booked it because of price and location and the reviews were all good so we took a chance. It is not the most modern place, in fact it could use a good refresh for sure, but I would stay here again. It was clean and that to us was the most important thing.

It was very clean TV didn't work. Desk person tried to fix it and could not. Did not offer a different room, tv replacement or a discount. Long night with no tv. Breakfast had very few choices

Very disappointed. We had what was described as a handicap accessible room. The bathroom wasn’t even close to being accessible. One grab bar by toilet. No walk in shower. Tub with no handicap grab bars. The a/c unit in the room was incredibly loud. Breakfast was sparse but acceptable.

Bed Bugs!!! We found bed bugs, and I presented evidence of this to the manager on duty. At first, they tried to say, “It looks like a roach,” feigning ignorance. But after proving it was bed bugs, they would not help—no refund, no move, nothing.
