Room was exactly what we booked and needed. Would’ve been great if pool worked but we were understanding. Breakfast could use some work. Maybe more options for sure. Overall it’s my go to for booking here.

Staff was friendly though I'm pretty sure they are living on site. Their kids were yelling and screaming down the hall in t he middle of the night. A/C worked great. TV worked. Shower wasn't bad If my wife was there she wouldn't have liked it but again, it was cheaper and it takes a lot to bother me.

Pool was closed? But a staff member was in there with I'm guessing his family. When asked the 1st night was the chemicals where off the 2nd time was the manager who oversees the pool was leaving....and the last I heard they did this so that we(the customers) would have to use the Park next to the expo center.( we were there for a basketball tournament at expo) I already had to pay extra for my daughter to play in this expo tournament to than be gipped by the hotel. So disappointing. Shower was moldy was where falling apart room smelt like nasty old room.

Staff was friendly, pool was murky and breakfast options were lacking.

Clean room and guy who checked us in was pleasant. There were people up late outdoors smoking and partying in the parking lot outside our room so sleep was so-so at best.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Check-in was easy and we were welcomed by the staff. The location was the best part because it is central to everything in Shepherdsville. The water was fine but during my shower, the temperature was flowing hot then cool at times. Not a bad experience though.

The gentleman that checked us in and took care of us at night was pleasant. The TV and AC were great. It's worth the price if you need a place to sleep in the area. It also smelled amazing in the lobby and people hung around outside that were incredibly nice to us and our little boy. It's surrounded by many business so plenty of options to eat. The pool was smaller than it looks online and was very very cold. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There weren't many options for breakfest. This place could be great if they invested more in it. But for now, it's worth the price.
