Modern/new hotel, Clean rooms, Friendly staff, easy access. Ample parking. All the tech worked fine. We had a good overnight stay.

Everything was great. Clean room. Safe parking. Pool are is warm. The only slight problem was we had to wait a while to get eggs and oatmeal in the morning.

The breakfast was the best that we have had at numerous stays this past year at various hotels. The staff was great that we interacted with. I had read that the sheets were stained in reviews and we noticed that also. That should be corrected by staff. Also, the body wash was empty in shower and the shampoo and conditioner was very low. Hotel was just opened in February according to staff. Housekeeping still needs tweaking. Nice hotel overall.

So very clean, quiet and comfortable!

This hotel is new and the staff do not seem to have been properly trained in customer service. The room was not clean when we arrived and it was an hour and a half after check in. We waited more than 30 minutes to get into our room and then it was not what we’d booked. There are no amenities in the room, not even tissues. The soaps are anchored to the wall and they were all empty.

Breakfast was until 10, but when we returned from our hike at 9, the food was not replenished, the spoon to get the oatmeal was missing, the pancake machine was needing reset, the food stations were messy and empty, and the lady in charge of the breakfast was basically running around complaining and apologizing, without resolving the situation. She was clearly overwhelmed and perhaps not well suited to this position of many duties at one time. I honestly felt sorry for her. The other issue occurred when I tossed the bedding back in order to lay out my items for repacking. That's when I discovered a disgusting sight...feces on the underside of the top sheet which had been laying on us for two nights. I nearly gagged. I brought housekeeping in to see it and I told the front desk. While they were apologetic, it was very disappointing. All I could think about was that the sheet had been laying on us for two nights and I even had to throw away my heated rice bag that I sleep with every night for pain because it had been on my hip under the covers. There's no way to wash a rice bag full of rice. Extremely nice, quiet, and otherwise clean property with friendly staff overall.

Hotel was clean. Staff friendly. The other guests were the problem. Kids running wild.. a couple was fighting in the room next to us.. hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t change rooms.. about 1240 am is when everyone settled down and we were able to get some sleep

It was new and the staff was kind. The room was not clean. I found candy on the floor. Plus the towels were not clean. I was hanging my towel back up after using one and realized both of them had either makeup on them or dirt wiped on them. I felt so gross after that. Made me question what else what else in the hotel was not clean.
