New hotel with friendly staff. Clean rooms good breakfast great coffee.

This was a great property my family of 5 stayed there. It was new property only 5 months old everything was nice the front staff were very kind and helpful.

New and clean. Staff was friendly but sparse. Breakfast juice machine didn't work and no one was around to report it to. Also water bottle filler on top level didn't work.

Very accommodating staff. Offered a free night due to the fire alarms going so long but we didn't think that would be fair. Unfortunately the bathroom fan didn't work and there was a leak coming under the sink. Then the fire alarm went off for about 40 minutes in the morning. I always bring my own fan so I kept the bathroom steam free :)

I almost hated to disturb the front desk person on the computer upon my arrival who was reluctant to look up from the screen. And don’t they ever vacuum the place?

The hotel is brand new, so everything is clean and up to date. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The room was quiet. I appreciated the use of pump bottles for shampoo and body wash. Minor detail, but the toilet needs a little work. It would run off and on randomly when no one was using it.

Okay, I had high expectations for a fairly new hotel with great ratings. We got in around 9:30 and had a little struggle getting our room, but finally got it all taken care of. We were tired and asked for a quiet room. We got to our room and I always pull the sheets back. Well, glad I did. The sheets were very stained and I was very disappointed. We went back down and got a new room. The hallways look like they hadn’t been vacuumed as there were little pieces of paper and foil on the edges by some of the doors. The door on the original room had a 3” chip on the edge of the door. Breakfast was okay and had hot food and decent coffee. The staff was polite. Decent parking. I’m just still a little horrified about the stained sheets. I think with a little more attention to detail, this hotel could be decent.
