Hotel was new The staff appeared to be new and inexperienced. I was double charged, and no one seemed to know how to correct the issue. At one point, I was even told that the problem was my fault. After they finally contacted a manager, the issue was resolved within five minutes. What was most concerning was the lack of urgency over an incorrect charge of nearly $500. A mistake involving that amount of money should have been taken much more seriously from the beginning.

Hotel was new. Staff were helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was limited due to a temporary oven issue. I would stay there again.

Everything is nice and new. Breakfast was on par with other holiday inn Express. We both had a good night sleep. It is what I expect from the brand.

The hotel still had the new feeling to it. Microwave didn’t work had to be replaced. We had no tv due to not working. There was no hot breakfast due to oven not working. The coffee machine was not working until they to ran it through the clean cycle. The runner coming off the front of the luggage rack and got stuck in front of the wheel.

Our room was very nice, comfortable and clean. It was quiet and nice in the area also. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. The only thing we didn’t like was that this is the first Holiday Inn Express that did not have a Keurig coffee maker in the room… I thought maybe it was just our room, but I asked another lady and she said they didn’t have one either. We really missed that because we had to get dressed and go all the way downstairs to get a cup of coffee.

Checked in after 6 and told room not cleaned yet and they were over booked. A little squirrelly at first but got a room

The hotel was very clean and the front desk provided us with excellent dinner recommendations. No complaints, but it would help if there was a sign on the highway indicating the hotel is in the office park.

Loved the Dove products including the hand moisturizer at the sink. I had a short stay but will come back if I’m ever in Sheridan again!

Had to remind front desk on multiple occasions to have our bed and bathroom refreshed. Front desk personnel were extremely helpful in addressing this.
