This is a convention hotel so they are used to being accommodating to guests. Everything was easy. Carts for luggage by the elevators. Easy to follow directions to various places in the hotel. Large room. Excellent hot buffet breakfast, with French toast fingers, and the bar/restaurant served Excellent food.
