Quality Inn Sheridan

Hotel was near the highway and conveniently located near restaurants and gas station. Staff were nice and room was comfortable.

The hotel seemed to be nice and clean on arrival but once in the room body hair in the tub and also in the sink ! Hair and crumbs on the sheets, someone’s leftovers in the fridge, coffee stains on bedside tables, what appeared to be dog hair all over a recliner in the room. The lady at the front desk was very nice switched rooms, that room reaked of a smell I think cigarettes, even though the hotel is a no smoking, to the point our lungs were burning after 5 minutes in the room and beer in the fridge . I don’t think the rooms were cleaned the sheets in both rooms looked crumpled . The first room could have been nice I think this was a house keeping issue honestly we left and got another room elsewhere . This hotel is non refundable so after 9 hours on the road driving we were out our money on this room but I have kids so wasn’t confident the first room was clean and the second room was unusable for us because of the strong smell ! Was disappointed it had potential

It’s a very basic hotel. The faucet needs some repair as it would not stay on, but overall the room was fine for the price. Hallway smells like smoke.

This hotel was disappointing after seeing only the photos of the updated areas. There was no elevator, so we hauled many loads up luggage up the stairs. The stairs were in dire need of a vacuuming, and the general appeal of the place was fairly unimpressive. Breakfast was ok- kids liked the waffles.

Front desk person was taking care of food. There were no eggs for 10 minutes and the potatoes were under cooked. There were only a couple of slices of two kinds of bread. With no eggs, the line at the waffle maker was way to long. I left and ate elsewhere. Front desk staff. No greeting. No enthusiasm; it was like I was an inconvenience. The TV didn't work. Was told told the TV guy had gone home and there was nothing he could do.

The breakfast was great and location was good We had a reservation and I had to change the dates got there and because we didn't show on the original date it was canceled we did get a room but that was not right and no one would answer the phone on the property to double check was not happy

Check in gal was friendly but the man working the morning shift was less than pleasant.

Hard to justify staying there again for the price compared to the quality overall of the hotel. The room wasn’t inexpensive and would expect more for the price. The bathroom was small-tight area with a toilet and a shower with no hook on back of door to hang items needed when showering with the sink/vanity in the main room. The floor in the bathroom also had long dog hairs so knew the previous people staying before us had a big dog but the floor was not cleaned when the room was prepared for us which made me think the rest of the floor probably wasn’t cleaned either. Breakfast was very basic. Beds were nice and comfortable. For the price expected more than we received.

Room was very clean. Only negative was had to change rooms from a king to a queen due to pets not being allowed on 2nd floor.

We made it clear well in advance that we had a mobility challenged party, we were given a room almost all the way down the hall and was not accessible at all, the beds were high and difficult to get into for our mobility challenged party.

Hallway carpets are disgusting. No elevator. Breakfast is lame.

Clean and quiet. Pool was good for kids too. Walk in pool would have been nice for elderly though.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had many selections.
