Disappointed that there was no ice machine available for our travel needs nor any kind of breakfast items.

Pass better options out there

Fan didn't work in the bathroom
-
The non smoking room smelled disgustingly of stale, nasty smoke

near railroad tracks. I didn't hear noise with my stay. It was adequate.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The ac in my room worked great. I appreciated the price and privacy. There were a number of bugs in the room and the sheets had some stains....the sink needs to be cleaned.

People are living there, do not stay there!!
-
No pet policy

For the price and a few hours sleep I would recommend.

Clean room

The room wasn’t cleaned and no fresh towels for the entire 7 days we were there. The price was the only reason we stayed. The trails end used to be a nice well kept hotel but not now.

I would not stay here again. Had I known it would be so subpar, I would have kept driving to another hotel. While the staff attempted to be accommodating, and that was the only redeeming quality of this establishment, the property and room were not well maintained. It smelled like mold and body function, the wifi did not work at all, we were visited around 11pm by a bunch of young ppl "looking to party" with the previous people who stayed in our room, and the sliding door was sealed shut which feels incredibly unsafe in the event there were a fire.

The room was bigger than I thought but issues of someone else's food in the refrigerator was very bad. Showers had a soap from being used by somebody from before. I was greeted very friendly actually showed me where the room was by walking out to show me. Was very quiet until a train whistle. I was not aware of being that close. The looks of everything thing was ok but question some of the other people there looked as if they lived there for very long time. If I had to choose the Trails End again I would use only as a last option

What stay? Find out they didn't have a clean room!!! No one contacted me! Piss poor service.

I’m torn on this review because the pictures of what I booked… weren’t what I got! We were placed in another building off of the main location. I’m not sure if they bought another hotel & were in the process of flipping it. The main doors into our building didn’t lock! The gutters were falling off the building. After entering our room one time our keys no longer worked causing me to go down the block to the office 3 different times! Once in the room we discovered it was not clean at all. My family finally decided to move locations causing us to drive to Buffalo due to a soccer tournament booking up all the hotels. This is where I’m torn because Brandon however was very nice. He came to the room on our 3rd attempt with the keys to see why the door wasn’t working. He offered a refund without me even asking ( I still havnt seen it in my bank but hopefully it comes)

The rooms that we had were so disgusting and smelled so bad. Thry were dirty and there are permanent residents in the same hallway who have so much stuff outside their door you barely have room to get by it. We ended up not staying there and having to book a hotel in a different town at 9 p m. There was nobody to talk to at the front desk to try to get different accommodations, so we just had to leave.

No tv, nail clipping in the carpet, dirty washcloth in the shower, hair in the sheets

It was quiet and affordable. You get what you pay for. No frills, minimal furnishings for a single king. Room wasn’t disgusting but wasn’t very clean, either. Bed was comfortable and the pillows smelled ok, so the room served its purpose.

Very courteous staff. Room was basic, but quiet and clean. The attached restaurant, The Himalayan Kitchen, has really good Indian food.

Put in weird 2 story back building
