Front desk staff very helpful. The location is great for downtown.

Super disappointed in our stay. We chose to spend the extra money to stay here because he had heard they had a good pool. Only to find out they filled it in for another lobby. This was never disclosed to us at check in. We were told in the parking lot by another upset family with kids that were excited to swim. When the reservation was made there was no info about the pool closing and the pictures and listings showed that they still had a pool. We frequent the area for sports and we’re very disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in a separate building from the breakfast area but it was a quick walk to the area.

I highly recommend this hotel. Liked the room. It was well maintained and quiet. Staff was helpful and breakfast was much better than most motels. Worth the money.

The bathroom wasn't clean and the hotel overall needs to be updated. I could see sunlight through the crack along the side of the door. Also very loud.

Nice place! Safe and friendly which is most important for solo travelers of color such as myself :)

They are in the process of redoing the lobby and other amenities but you could tell it was going to be great. I loved that there were front and back door entrances to the rooms, especially traveling with dogs and kids. Overall I enjoyed the location and pet friendly atmosphere!

Check in set the stage for a great experience with someone that knows the area and cares about the guests! Room was clean and quiet and breakfast was good

Ideally situated close to downtown Sheridan, with an easy walk to everywhere. I absolutely appreciated the airport shuttle as well as the extensive breakfast buffet. The staff was SO friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, though in need of some updates. I would absolutely stay here again as it was a nice easy walk to my sister's house.

It was a decent room but my bathtub was heavily warped in the middle, making it unsafe to use. I showered once during my stay to avoid falling.

This hotel is comfortable but 'tired' - they are obviously about to undergo a major refurb so perhaps we were a little unlucky. It is safe and quiet in a friendly town.

While the staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, the facilities were outdated and undergoing renovations in main areas but not where needed in the rooms. In addition, the construction started outside our window at 6:45 am and was very loud. Lastly the AC in the room did not cool the room at all (only the fan worked). The location, however, is ideal for a quick overnight and walking the Main Street.

The room was dated and they have construction underway. So, hopefully in the future it is better. Our room had a little patio and outside green area, which was great! The room was clean. We only spent one night. The staff was helpful and exceptional. Which was a plus! Breakfast was very good. Lots of options.

Great location. The room was incredibly dusty and smelled of smoke. Waking up with headaches dues to dust is not ideal.

Property was pet friendly and staff was friendly and helpful.
