Cleanliness issues with first room. Front desk was unresponsive to my concern until I asked if they would sleep in that bed. Some front desk staff also very passive aggressive and somewhat rude. Next time I'll look somewhere else.

The room was clean and spacious. They are undergoing renovations so some spaces are updated and others in need of updating. My only negative was that there was no microwave in the room.

The breakfast was above average. Menu items were varied and tasted good. We enjoyed the meal. We didn't particularly like the view from the room, but that wasn't anything that could be changed and it was not an issue to keep from staying there again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a major plumbing issue in the bathtub that was addressed immediately when reported. All staff members went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I have major beef and dairy allergies. The kitchen knew exactly what I would be able to eat. Eggs had milk, but they had perfectly cooked hard boiled eggs, delicious mixed fruit salad, crispy potatoes, sausage and dairy free bread available. There were more options that I normally have at a large restaurant.

Nice place to stay, under construction at this time so not tip top in appearance but everything was clean and everyone was helpful.

The staff was amazing. Literally the only thing that was liked. The floors were absolutely FILTHY. There were hypodermic needles all over the parking lot where our dogs discovered them. I felt completely unsafe.
