The elevator was out. The ice machine was out on the second floor. The orange juice machine spit at you. I specifically asked for the first floor when booking. Then they gave me the second floor. After we checked into our room, the elevator went down. And we had to haul everything up and down to the second floor with a bad hip and a bad knee.

Beds were decently comfortable. Room was clean. Overall seemed to have a weird smell? Breakfast was spotty, at one point the omelets that were being served were still frozen. Not something to count on.

The breakfast was ok. It could use more variety. The owner is terrific. Squeaky door on bathroom. It was not fixed until or 6th day there...all real pain in the night.

Booked the room while we had to be out of our house for mold remediation after flooded crawlspace. We spent the night of 5/22 but I went into early labor the morning of 5/23. I notified the staff at the front desk while having active contractions and on the way to the hospital. I clearly requested to be reimbursed for the two nights we would no longer be staying there under the special circumstance of having a baby and no longer being able to stay. Young woman said she would have to talk to her supervisor. I left my cell number and a note. Had the baby and followed up two days later. Woman I spoke to was beyond rude and adamant nothing could be done. Tried back several more times and even spoke to the owner. All were rude, unhelpful, and an absolute disappointment. No one could give me a clear answer or reason other than that they could not help me. Will not be staying in any Baymont hotels in the future.

The rooms were to small, the bed was tiny not a queen and staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly. I asked after we checked in if I could get another pillow. Might as well been pulling teeth at the dentist.
