the room was cleaned each day and the staff was very sweet. the breakfast was nit any good there was no hot food or coffee

The first room I was given had dead bugs on the floor so not only had it not been swept but definitely not mopped. The second room smelled strongly of sweat.

We had a confirmed and paid booking and had notified the hotel we would be checking in late and they gave our hotel room away to someone else. The front desk gal was not apologetic, wouldn't answer the phone when Hotels.com called her and said "I'm not going to answer it, there nothing they can say to change the situation" and acted like is was not her problem even though we're pretty sure she gave our room to the guy ahead of us who didn't have a reservation. We overheard her say "looks like no one is in this room" and that ended up being the last room they had and we had to look for another hotel at midnight.

First of all, Mumtaz the General manager, checked us in. He was so kind and pleasant that it was actually a pleasure to stay and chat with him for 15 minutes. The AC in the room was outstanding as so for the room. The breakfast was great and you could tell that the young lady taking care of it actually cared and kept everything orderly and clean. When I come back to Sheridan I will stay here.
