Comfort Inn & Suites Sheridan

Furnishings were old and showed it but it fit the bill right off the interstate. Breakfast was pretty solid. Coffee left a bit to be desired, pretty weak and not much flavor. Overall it did the job that was required and I would stay again if we needed to.

The room was clean and nice. My only issues were that the water pressure was very low and the towels were rough. Nice place otherwise.

Cleaned comfortable and a pleasant staff. Breakfast could use a lot of improvements, scrambled eggs were floating in water and the sausage looked and tasted like week old. Parking was good.

Overall a great stay. The breakfast was good but food choices were the same each day.

Our room was comfortable overall, though there were a few minor maintenance issues. There was some peeling paint on the ceiling, and the shower had fairly weak water pressure. Neither issue was a major problem for a single night’s stay, but they are worth noting. Overall, it was a nice, convenient place to spend the night while traveling, and we would consider staying here again.

The room was good, but the hot tub was out of order. One of the two elevators was also out of order.

I don’t like writing reviews, but this stay was one of the worst ones. I’ve had. The room was great, the rest of the hotel was not the pool and hot tub where not working and the elevators were broke down and the breakfast was ok

Unfortunately this hotel is very dated. In fact I believe the furnishings are the original from when the hotel was opened as a Wingate hotel 20 plus years ago. Also, except for the housekeeping staff, the remainder of the staff was very unfriendly and seemed disturbed that they had to work. Weekend breakfast ending at 9am seems a bit early. I watched several guests go to get juice and food at 9:02 am to find everything was locked and gone. It of course was a very busy weekend in Sheridan however the cost of the room was far above the experience received.

Kinda bummed the continental breakfast ends at 9am on a weekend. Was looking for a quick breakfast prior to getting on the road

Didn’t replace used plastic cups, so grabbed some off the breakfast bar. It was the least expensive so I got what I paid for.

I usually don't complain about motels, but they put me in a handicapped room which I did not request. The breakfast that got really good reviews from several travelers was subpar. The scrambled egg container had liquid on the side and they had sausage that seemed like it was the frozen kind that you thaw in a microwave. They were also understaffed. There was a problem with a stuck elevator and the front desk did not have an employee to work check-ins for 20 to 30 minutes. I'm sticking with Best Western motels. They have better breakfasts and amenities and they cost less.

Everything worked and all was comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Nothing could be done to improve

Room ceiling had noticable water damage, was somewhat mitigated. Pool and hot tube was closed. All good otherwise.

Breakfast was great. Cold cereals donuts muffins, no toast, scrambled eggs n sausage links . Clean including tables. No coffee pots or cups in room? The closet had a safe in the closet wide open with caused the closet door to keep opening n u hit it when u open the reg. In door n the other door,it had 2 doors. It hit the lite shade in the entry ceiling when u opened it. The draining of water in tub n sink was very slow, But all in all it was a nice place friendly staff.
