Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Room was beautiful with a majestic view. On the edge of town. I felt safe. The staff was outstanding and helpful front desk, cleaning staff and breakfast crew alike. I will return.

Breakfast ended too early for me. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap bottles in the shower mat chef the brand name, ZERO. They were all completely empty.

Great location right off the interstate yet easy access to downtown Sheridan. Hotel staff was helpful in recommending a wonderful place for lunch( Himalayan Kitchen) we enjoyed dinner at Frackleton’s (excellent) . New hotel rooms nicely appointed and very clean.

The Front desk staff were exceptional! The breakfast was great and for the most part it was pretty clean. I feel like the pool and hot tub were pretty dirty. My daughter also had crumbs in her bed so she slept on top with a blanket and the fridge in our room was very loud.

Staff was marvelous. Our room HVAC was less then perfect. The room wall thermostat controls did not work, and you had to adjust the place manually. Fan would not stay running. Would cycle every 20 minutes or so. Hard to control room temperature.
