Hampton Inn & Suites Los Angeles/Sherman Oaks

The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. Having complimentary hot water and coffee available 24 hours a day was a wonderful touch and helped wash away the fatigue after a long day. I highly recommend staying here!

Unfortunately, not this time. Check in was okay. Staff member wasn't very welcoming. Room was very nice. Pillows were not comfortable. It was very hard to sleep because of the loud road noise. Lots of sirens all night. Next day the maid walked in on me as I was drying off from my shower. Definitely not my favorite Hampton Inn stay.

You will get more bang for your buck with this hotel. I can place this hotel with higher-priced properties as far as cleanliness and amenities.

food is good but the room is a little noisy

Our room was very clean and quiet.

Front desk person was great. Friendly gentleman with a Greek name (which escapes me at the moment). He was lovely. Very personable and helpful. Had a bum leg and he tried to find me a close parking space. However, the AC was not on the room when I arrived. It was humid and hot. I thought that for 300 dollars the rooms would be nicer with better bedding. Other than that, all good

There was no safe in the room. The breakfast quality was mediocre

Our first room had some kind of bugs flying around in the shower and bathroom. We had to get changed to another room after I took a video of it and brought it down to the front desk.

My 2 coworkers complained of no hot water for showers. I on the other hand had no issues.

Newly remodeled with great amenities. Only thing lacking is pool/spa and a nicer parking lot.

Room was clean There was no option for no pork people, when asked staff if they can make eggs with no pork, she stated, no. This is the menu and I can't serve without pork. I was sad because my kids were not able to enjoy fresh eggs.
