modern, renovated, cheap no storage in the bathroom, no shower gel replacement for three days, the tv remote doesn't allow to browse all channels - only one channel at a time

Everything Nothing

Not enough towels in room. Sheets need to be cleaned or swapped had makeup on them and it wasn’t mine. Surrounding neighborhood is a little sketchy and homeless people were digging through the trash cans making a mess. Some of the people staying looked to be living there and not the friendliest looking bunch.

I was impressed by how well managed this property is. The rooms are spartan--except for the mattress and bedding, which were sumptuous. A truly minor point--there was no glass to take my medicine. Cupped hands did fine!

I did not have meal in the facility but I liked the hospitality of the Manager and very polite and helpful! I requested to change the beddings because it was dirty has pubic hair and stained I didn’t get the linen change! I was disappointed luckily I have clean linens in my car and used it ! Maybe the staff was just busy I was thinking ? Hopefully they will listen to guest request next time ! Other than that the room was clean and the staff are kind ! I am writing this not to be negative but send awareness to the management be sure linen are changed and expected if it’s clean or not? Thank you so much !

They remodeled!

We were travelling with children, and got a family suite with 3 queens. It was well-maintained and quite clean. The property itself was close to many of our destinations.

Large room. No towel racks. Room needs another chair and a small table. Only light switch was at the entry door, very inconvenient when you are in bed ready to go to sleep.

The property was nice. The staff was nice and it’s a big room. What I didn’t like about this place is that they didn’t provide additional roll of toilet paper, there’s no hair dryer and they provide only a few towels. The shower was weak and the toilet flush is weak.
