good hotel

“Room service” is a contracted food service NOT associated with the hotel but advertised in the rooms. Would be hesitant after our experience, ordering was difficult and time consuming as the worker wasn’t familiar. Took an exorbitant amount of time to receive the food and worst of all the delivery guy was extremely unkept and whose clothes were filthy dirty. Made us doubt the preparation/safety of the food we ordered.

The hotel was well maintained and the staff was very accomadating.

Everything was fine, but we had difficulty getting the thermostat to change and there was nothing for me to eat for breakfast as a vegan except for sugary oatmeal. Breakfast was good for the rest of my family, though.

The staff very accommodating

This room was for one night. We were really happy with the fresh clean room! Everything was perfect! Easy check in, close parking and breakfast was a standard fare.

Everything is good. Except the Breakfast never changes menu, same thing everyday that kinda boring to me.

Very clean rooms. Front desk was friendly. Lots of parking.

The staff were incredibly helpful. We were able to relocate our room easily based on some noise issues we encountered the night before. The gentleman at the front was so kind and concerned and wanted to ensure we knew we could address in the moment. They were always friendly and helpful. I think the only downside is that there was a bit of an odor in the bathroom when we got in there but after we ran water and got airflow loving it went away.
