Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites

We stayed 3 nights, second day put the hanger on for maid service, got back that night, didn't happen. Went down and got towels, they apologized put us on a "list" to get cleaned, got back that night, still didn't clean and no towels. Went back down at 9 pm and got towels. They never cleaned our room. Breakfast lady was very nice.

The room was really clean and environment was nice.

Clean rooms. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was simple but good. Eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, and an automatic pancake maker that all kids will love to watch! You could tell the staff takes pride in their hotel.

Both times I went to the front desk (check in and check out) I had to call out for someone to come up from their chair/TV around the corner. Overall a decent stay for what we paid. Nothing special.

Clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

The staff advised the pool was not heated after checking in and complaining about ice cold temps. The ceiling in our room has heavy water damage and appeared to be flaking off. Room keys needed to be reprogrammed multiple times a day. Breakfast was ok but the tiny room was so small that it was hard to walk around without bumping into people eating. Would not recommend we have stayed in the area multiple times and will not stay here ever again.

Breakfast was good and since I was only staying overnight - accommodations were okay as well.

Nothing It wasn’t clean and didn’t look anything like the photos. Was charged extra fees upon arrival for hidden costs. Front desk clerk was not helpful.

My second stay here. Very clean. Great staff. And Breakfast. Very friendly will stay again when in the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was comfortable It was difficult to find. It was secluded and a tall highway sign would have helped in locating the property.

Bed was a little hard, room size was good. TV remote didn't work, had to be replaced, room cooling/heating unit was set to 60 degrees. Was not controlled by the wall unit even though that is what was noted.

Cleanliness: Rooms and Corridors were very clean, even the pantry/kitchen countertops, but the breakfast area floors were sticky at some places, probably due to custome

The duvet/comforter was dirty, asked for a replacement, he did know what it was and gave us another blanket which had small holes. The bed was very uncomfortable. The fan in the bathroom was so loud. My comment about the breakfast area is that it was very small and cramped, the 4 chairs to each table, chairs we too big for the tables. Very disappointed as I we had 4 rooms reserved, one of our guess were put in room 110, which is between the outside door, the inside door, stairway and the only room on that whole side with the storage room, laundry room. 3 rooms , 2 nights and 1 room for 1 night. Extremely disappointed

Staff and location were great. My son loved having two beds and being able to sleep in a hotel room. Breakfast could have been better, but not holding that against the location at all.
