Terrible place. Never again!

Superb

My stay was solo, and my room was wonderful! I could appreciate the space. The entry hallway, then the bathroom- nice walk-in shower, vanity space & mirror. A separate closet with door, a king bed with plenty fluffy pillows, the decor was very nice, and a nice size flatscreen. The room temperature was so comfortable I missed breakfast both mornings, to bad I couldn’t stay longer☺️.

Breakfast was ok. Pancake machine was acting up & not work right. Yogurt machine was great & all the toppings were great.

Overall pretty good stay. Room was good and property and room was clean. Only real issue was breakfast. Attendee/staff was more interested in conversation rather than stocking food items. Eggs and bacon were mostly gone, with none ready to add. No milk and issues with pancake machine. She wasn't in a hurry to address these items, and was heard saying only 30 minutes left in my shift. Several guests left without anything to eat.

It was a wonderful stay. We will definitely use this place again when visiting joliet..

AC had an error message entire stay. Rooms were musty and humid. No one was ever at the desk causing long lines to form and extended wait time for check in/checkout. Chairs and tables in the pool area were severely rusted to the point of disintegration. Sidewalks and

My family had a horrible experience. The pool area smelled like a sewer. The pool water was cloudy and slimy. There was mold around the chair assist. There were no towels in the pool area. Housekeeping was intent on kicking us out of the pool area. They checked in 3 times to see if we were done. There was a woman smoking in the pool area by the window. Our room, which was booked for 4 people had 2 towels in it. We could not get the shower to produce hot water. We took lukewarm showers. There was no conditioner in the shower, which I did not discover until I was in the shower with my long, thick hair shampooed. The products smelled awful. There were no pillows and blankets for our pull out couch. The pillows were small and flat. The breakfast area was a small room off the lobby. It was stuffed way too full with tables and chairs. There was no room to move in between them. The selection of breakfast was good, but everything was empty. No batter in the pancake machine and no milk for cereal. It was also overly hot in that room. The place in general had a dirty feel to it. We didn’t feel comfortable touching anything. Overall a disappointing experience. We travel a lot and this has been the first time I have ever felt compelled to leave a review.

The bathroom light kept shutting off while showering, had some type of motion sensor. The toilet was dirty, pea stains, always travel with bleach so I cleaned the toilet and shower. The parking lot was a disaster, food bags everywhere.Had don’t disturb sign, made still came into my room, smdh

Worst best western I’ve ever stayed at. The whole hotel was nasty. The smell was so bad and there was no food at breakfast. I left after 1 night and went to the candle wood instead.

Best western is a very nice place to stay. Convenient location and and comfortable

It didn't smell bad. A little outdated but mostly clean. The toilet tank kept over flooding and it was chipped paint over the tub. There was never enough staff on duty. If you needed anything extra you had to go get it yourself. It was just okay. Not good or great.

Exceptional

I stayed because they offered a breakfast and it was close to where I had to go in Shorewood. I did not eat the breakfast that was offered. But it was close to my brother's home. One out of two's not bad. I would stay here again. I would give it a 4 out of 5 star rating.

This was a very nice hotel. Two things. Didn't like but i could deal with was, the pool closed to early and breakfast could've been better. Id still stay again though.

Rooms could use updating.
