The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Disabled Parking Slots are kinda far from the Hotel Entrance.... And, the bath tubs are old.

Hotel was nice and clean I was never refunded 100$ deposit and I left room clean and even a tip for housekeeping

Clean, spacious, fairly comfortable bed, adequate breakfast. The thermostats was impossible to control with out directions. The staff did come show me how to set it but even after that it was either cold air blowing on us or too warm.

I like how the location was close to family. Staff was very nice. I went back to Joliet for my grandmother's funeral and stayed there and It was a horrible experience the food was unacceptable. The comforter was more like a sheet and the throw pillows were dirty . It was a large noticeable rip in the window screen, and the carpet had a funky odor. Never again!

Breakfast ran out of items, bathroom toilet seat was loose almost fell off, had window shades open 12” and after showering side on edge of bed putting on my underwear a man was facing the window I had to get up and go to wall and move along wall to close shade and I spoke with the manager about letting a customer know when you’re having someone work on a roof outside your window so you keep the shades closed that day and her response was they never know what time they are coming.
