I like how u use your room card for the elevator. I like how the rooms are and the bed feels.They're very comfortable. I didn't like how you have to pay for your breakfast where you're paying so much money for your room. I don't like how there's a smoke detector in the room ( actually 2 of em if u get the king suite) If u smoke anything it goes down to the office.

Wonderful location and great amenities. Close and convenient to the college. Nice restaurant in hotel.

The toilet was clogged. Told staff. Nothing was done. Told them again said there was nothing they could do and couldn’t move me to another room . Wouldn’t recommend this hotel !

Nothing The drain was clogged and spewing dirt and sand. Staff said they would fix it but didn’t. The lock on the door was broken and I couldn’t get in MULTIPLE times. We had to go down to the front desk 3x times to get the manager to come up to help us into our own room. The door battery was dead and they said that we could “probably” get back in at least 1x more time before the charge died. The room smelled bad, like mold. The shower curtain didn’t contain all the water so there was water everywhere. There were children swimming in the swamp lake outside with the toads. We overbooked the room (had a duplicate reservation)and the staff also convinced me to go through booking.com for a refund on my stay — they said not to check in but that was a huge waste of time. Now I am stuck with a $750 bill for a room I didn’t even check into. Booking.com was no help at all and even though I disputed the transaction, no one will listen to me. I’m sure they will delete this review. Not only did I have to stay in this terrible room, but I was charged twice for it.

Room just needs updating. Wall paper was peeling off and the bathroom and tub needs repairs. I’ve stayed here several times and never had a bad room until this visit

Location See pictures- the room was uncomfortably humid, as shown in the wet wallpaper picture. Bathroom door hinge 1/2 off & torn off dresser material.

The room had a weird mold smell to it and they tried covering it up with the AC on low and a bunch of perfume style smells trying to cover up the smell. Which after we turned the AC to a comfortable temperature that’s when the smell was worse. The front desk lady was nice and check in was fast.

Breakfast was not good! Cold syrup for the pancakes that were already like warm.

Clean hotel, would stay again!

Great staff and facilities! Everyone we met seemed so happy to see us. The pit fire was also a blast. Restaurant staff were great, accommodated us, and the food was delicious!

Also, the chemical mixture in the spa did not seem right. The water had a very strange smell to it. Not your typical spa smell. And while I didn't get into the pool, I did notice that the water was very cloudy. We did have dinner in the restaurant and the food was delicious. The price was great, it was taco Tuesday night. The rooms were exceptional. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. The beds were soft and comfortable, and the pillows were also very comfortable. I got a really good night sleep. I was not awakened by any noises in the night. All in all, we would definitely stay there again, although probably not for the pool....

Bathroom sink was clogged

We have stayed in multiple hotels and motels across the US over the past few weeks and can safely say that this hotel was the worst. The room smelled damp when we went in, quite late, with our two small kids. Wanting to get them settled we didn't investigate further. However, the following morning the horrors became clear with peeling wallpaper concealing mold, lines of mold on the bedroom ceiling, patches of mold showing through the walls, and an extractor fan in the bathroom that did not extract, likely leading to these problems. A receipt I'd left on the side the previous evening was damp, illustrating the scale of the problem. The hotel have been impossible to contact and have not even responded to hotels.com who tried to contact them on our behalf. Do not stay here.
