It was all good. Surprisingly nice and really clean. Wish i could have taken more time there.

Beauty room and so so so! Friendly staff. I love staying here.

The front office, particularly Christine, went out of her way to get us settled into our room despite the hotel’s server being completely down. This prevented the issuance of physical room keys, however, Christine went above and beyond to help us navigate the Hilton Honors app to facilitate use of an “electronic” key.

New and clean close to the expressway. Breakfast was just ok.

Nothing! Staff was rude. Christina at the front desk insulted me by telling me she understands why I booked with a 3rd party and not them because rooms are cheaper! She also claimed I did not have a reservation when I cleary did. No lamps in the rooms only a desk lamp and at night you cant see anything! The ice bucket is located INSIDE THE CLOSET! Who knew? Well we did after Heather at the front desk yelled at us and told us where to find it. Pool was not open. Breakfast ok...nothing special stood out. Found bed bugs the first night Heather said they were beetles not bedbugs had to switch rooms at 2am. Next morning we had a funeral to go to. After traveling...driving from another state. I ask for a FULL refund and only got half! DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS THEY CHANGE THE STAFF AND ADD MORE LIGHTING TO EACH ROOM AND INVESTIGATE ROOMS FOR BEDBUGS! This hotel is ridiculous!

Slight smell of marijuana in the hallway, but the rooms were very clean.

That was a great stay. Loved the little rubber duck in the bathroom. Bed was great. Hope I get to stay there again,

Quick and easy check in, great staff No

The check in process was painfully long. During our stay when staff assistance was needed they were not the most pleasant or efficient. The room was clean but the shower pressure was extremely low and the toilets flushed very slow. The check out process was not quick either. The breakfast selection was good though.

Great location and enjoyed the room. The staff was exceptional.

Dog friendly, decent breakfast, swimming pool, friendly and accommodating staff Pet fee about the only thing that comes to mind

Everything was great Our room (103) was right next to weight room and could not sleep because the weight was dropped continuously starting at 4:30 on the floor.

Good breakfast options. Limited parking during our stay

We got the room by thge side exit on the first floor and is was noisy starting at 5 am
