Comfort Inn Joliet West I-80

Rooms were not very clean. We asked to stay until 12 due to my husband making business calls and were told they could only do 11:30.

Property was fine No major issues or dislikes

The second room we were assigned was fine. We were moved because the fridge in the first room was making a loud ticking noise. I had reserved and paid for an accessible room, but when we arrived we were told none were available. The staff did not seem to care. We couldn’t even get a first floor room.

Did no use Stop putting us on the first floor. We are perfectly ambulatory

Friendly staff, okay facilities, nice and clean, ubiquitous included breakfast. The people are always what make the place, and they were great! Our TV was all static.

The free breakfast. The toilet and shower room has no outlets. The lighting in the bathroom was too dim. The electrical sockets in the lamps were too loose. The pillows were too soft. There is no towel bar next to the sink. There was a burn hole in the top sheet.

Location was good, easy access to the highway.

Breakfast was ok. Good waffles. Eggs & sausage were kept hot. Variety of choices for breakfast.

A good review We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay and were very impressed with the overall experience. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed. The service provided by the staff was consistently attentive and courteous. We particularly appreciated the convenient location and the serene ambiance. We would be delighted to recommend this establishment to others.
