Comfort Inn Joliet West I-80

In the morning I talked to the lady at the front desk and expressed my disappointment in not being able to sleep in another room. She told me they were all booked up so that was why we couldn't get another room. She tried to get some compensation from the owner (?) but he said because we paid through expedia there was nothing they could do to compensate us. She apologized for not being able to do anything and said she'd take that room out of commission until they figure out what is making it so musty. So disappointed. Would not recommend

Clean room, comfortable beds for a great night of sleep. Breakfast was very good

Check in was fine, the customer service was great and they were accommodating but the room was damp, and the shower was not clean. The breakfast was not satisfactory. For a one night stay it’s fine but would not recommend staying for more than that.

Great stay

Rooms were not very clean. We asked to stay until 12 due to my husband making business calls and were told they could only do 11:30.

The property is pretty run down

The toilet and shower room has no outlets. The lighting in the bathroom was too dim. The electrical sockets in the lamps were too loose. The pillows were too soft. There is no towel bar next to the sink. There was a burn hole in the top sheet.

A good review We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay and were very impressed with the overall experience. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed. The service provided by the staff was consistently attentive and courteous. We particularly appreciated the convenient location and the serene ambiance. We would be delighted to recommend this establishment to others.

Very bad customer service, the staff did not return something was left behind in the room. The pillows were extremely dirty. Some of the towels were dirty too.

Very convenient location. The property was cared for and staff was pleasant. The room was clean on the surface but there was some places on the walls that showed dirt. The commode was very low so that it was hard to get up. This is more of a concern for older people.

Great value for the price.

The room was clean, but looked worn. The hotel could use a refresh. The breakfast items were few and not appealing. I drove across the street to McDonald's for breakfast every day.

Nice place to stay. Quiet area with several dining options close by.
